It was Arum making excuses for Pac who said he was afraid of needles not Pac. Pac blamed the Morales fight when they took another blood sample a day before the fight and thought it weakens him because the supposed previous blood sample they took for the same testing purpose magically disappeared into thin air. Well you have a point but it could be also just a reversed psychology in Marquez part just to make other people think in that way. If someone brings up Marquez having a slightly larger midsection Pac fans say "Roids Roids that motherfuker is on roids thats 100% proof". Anyone else see the hypocrisy?
