Floyd has a sweet ass deal with Showtime. Or do the haters expect Floyd to opt out of deal just to throw Manny, Arum, and HBO a bone too? This fight isn't ever going to happen. Too many obstacles.
It will sell yes but id rather avoid all the excuses that will be flowing after Pac loses. Floyd will still get no credit. :boxing:
Pac will be coming off a victory over garbage and Floyd would have his first loss so maybe itll happen.
pretty much this...The built in excuses are already there. I can't imagine what the post fight ones will be, but one things for sure.... There'll be a **** ton locked and loaded and put to use
translation: i'm scared for my idol.
:bigeyes:Who Canelo? Hes not my idol, actually no boxer is, but im a fan and think he will beat Floyd.
Or did you just read what you wanted to read and thought i was with Floyd?
Idiots are aplenty today on NSB

It's not 2010 anymore the fight means nothing anymore sorta like Lewis vs Tyson it will probably still sell alot PPV's. Floyd vs Lucas-Danny winner is alot more realistic. Not wasting time on a fight that neither fights seems like they really want to do it sounds good in good in interviews.
Anyone who picks Garcia-Lucas is a liar
PAC-Floyd is still the biggest fight in boxing
They're not only lying to themselves. They regard people like they're all dumb little 4 year olds. But you can't blame them. They have to lie. They love Floyd too much. They have to defend him. Hehe..
Pac first, then Matthysse. He should fight the guy he's been shamelessly ducking for years first.
But hey, if he fights Matthysse that would be the biggest puncher and KO ratio he ever dared go for in his impecable cherry picking carrer.
Hell, Victor Ortiz was mauling his ass until he KOed him illegaly.
As much as I'd like Matthysse-Mayweather, it's easily Pac. The amount of interest in that fight will build right back up to what it was 4 years ago as soon as the promotion starts working its magic.
Can't think of many people in my circle who wouldn't tune in.
Assuming Pac obliterates Rios as expected, obviously him. Anyone pretending he wouldn't still be the best possible opponent for Mayweather is lying to themselves.
I got little interest in a May-Pac fight at this point. Rios isn't s measuring stick to see if he's back. It's a pat on the back, good job type fight. He's supposed to win, dominate and look impressive. Nonetheless, I'd rather see Floyd fight Lucas
