"Yes he has a belt and I have a belt, but the truth of the matter is that the money isn't there right now to fight Golovkin"
"If I can get the money, I would take the fight"
http://www.worldboxingnews.net/news/2013/07/11/peter-quillin-no-money-in-fighting-ggg-right-now.html
most over danny garcia, quillin is the new shookest man in boxing.
No wonder they were hanging together at the fight. Birds always travel in flocks quack quack......
Why are gbp fighters scared to fight.
They dont want to lose. Anybody who knows anything about boxing can see ggg is an extremely dangerous opponent. For all the 168 pound guys to have to get involved just to give him a challenge and hes a small middleweight that should tell you something. Watch when he fights martinez hes going to walk through him like the terminator i guarantee it. debella knows it to
"There's no money..." as if he's been making 8 figures in all his previous outings.
I wonder how the boxing world would react if someone actually came out and said "Look, I'm just now making a name for myself. I want to spend a little time near the top before I get in with someone who has a very good chance of beating me".
Would we respect them more or less than the person who hasn't made big money but acts like they are so accustomed to big paydays they base every decision off it's marketability?
He can move up just eight pounds and legitimize himself against Ward, Froch, Bika, etc...
Why does he want to drain himself to make 154? Plus Floyd is not going to meet him at 154, he'll have to come to 150-152.
It's the big money fight, Ward fight would be nothing compared. Hell even Ward said he'd drop down a division for Floyd, but unlike for GGG, Floyd would have to move up 1 to meet him. Still unclear whether GGG can drop down to 52, and whether that'd be enough for Floyd.
Shook lol.
OF course theres money in a GGG fight, he got 1.2 million rating on his last fight and only got paid 300k.
Dont tell me theirs no money in a GGG fight, hell a GGG fight can be your best paycheck up to date.
Stop trying to make it sound like the money is the reason you dont want to fight GGG, your scared! SHOOK
It will build up to a mega fight with a mega paycheck just the same as Ward GGG with make a lot more after GGG gets a few more wins , GGG don't want Ward now is he scared of Ward lol , , you kids are full of hero BS , a guy KOs somebody and all of a sudden the world is scared of him because business gets in the way of fanboys macho ideas , Boxing is a business and every fighter get money hungry as they climb the ladder .
But Floyd >>> Genaro, and GGG wants to legitimize himself vs The Man at SWW (provided he wins). So he's aiming even higher

JR was legitimized as an elite fighter once he beat Genaro Hernandez.
I reckon Genardo Hernandez is a much better fighter than Matthew Macklin.

I called Kid Chocolate out on this a few months back on twitter. He went mental saying he's got to provide for his family and look out for himself. Basically admitted he is **** scared of GGG. He ended up blocking me after a while lol
His I believe first title defense and made $340k on an undercard, his purse is only going up, how much was GGG making on his second defense? Shoot how much did he make as a main even against Macklin? You guys just hate for no reason boxing is prize fighting, you box for a living not for entertainment. The excuse he made is valid let them build up there names moreand unified later when more money is available it is a dangerous fight for both as they punch hard, what he says about GGG is what GGG says about Ward so if you hate what Peter says you must hate what GGG and his team say about fighting Ward next year blah blahs
GGG has been on HBO how many times? His last show drew ratings over 1.1 million as the headline compared to when he first started last year.
Why do you think he's being put on almost 4 times a year? If they give him over a million dollars every time, we'd see him twice at most. Now GGG isn't "unknown" like Chocolate thinks he is.
So now GGG is going to be on HBO at least one more time this year with even more exposure for himself and closer to any of the big fights compared to Peter.
And are you really comparing GGG's team to Peter's team?
All we've heard from Peter is GGG is a nobody who makes no money?
Who turned down GGG's WBA title offer last year?
