Why Tranny Garcia wont KO Lucas Matthysse

I understand this is a hate thread, but he didn't KO Lucas.. so.. the main point of this thread still won. Bad bump.

I, along with the majority, picked Lucas to beat Danny. Danny, to his credit, fought a great fight and clearly won. Rematch? Judging from the first fight, I think Garcia wins again.

Exactly it is why everything happens the way it does and why most things couldn't really be any other way, some of it sucks but sticking your head in the sand doesn't make that stuff go away. I would rather get it and move on than constantly be upset, I guess not everyone can agree. Let it makes some people feel like they are not a "sheep" or a slave lol, they would rather bury their heads or pretend that they don't "care" etc to make them seem like a "true" fan, because they just to see fights... Hmmm right lol, at the end of the day the only reason fights happens its due to the business side. Some fighters bring more money to the table, some fighters get opportunity that they don't deserve but that's boxing.

you're really doing yourself a disservice separating yourself from "business" in boxing. you work, right? do you do it for money? if you ahd hte opportunity to do it for more money, would you? now what it you got punched for a living, and risked your life and career every time you fought? what if your career was only a few years long? would you fight for more money, or just "some money?" would you fight to please somebody you don't even know (you,) or your own family? you can chose to be naive if you want. taking it personally when boxers fight for money is absurd. they all fight for money. every single one of them. Absolutely. Too many posters live in the fantasy world that suggests foghts are made for our entertainment. They are made to make a profit and that profit margin has driven the sport for decades.

It a dumb way of thinking, whether we like it or not we have to understand the business side of the sport. There is no two ways about it. We have to be ignorant not to. This is the best post I have ever seen on here for a long while, people alway want to play to play the "I don't care for the money side" etc of things like it makes less of a fan. Once upon a time, they were making loads of threads accusing Garcia of ducking Matthysse. That he was scared at ringside, used footage from that making gifs saying he's scared. That he would never fight him. Fight gets made and they announce his funeral, crucifying him for weeeks. When the fight had no official date, they made rumors saying Garcia is demanding 5 million. He's scared. Fight gets a date, more crucifying. Haha. Forrest Gump pics and gifs. Matthysse loses and now they've lost their sense of identity. They're all lawyers now, coming up with excuses by the minute. I feel like hiring some of them, cause some have talent. :lol1: Now the best they can do is make cherry pick accusations. They want a rematch to avenge the death of their superhero who died tragically.

there is no side to boxing other than "the business side." do you really think these guys care about proving anythign to you or me? they fight for money. you can stay ignorant if you'd like. garcia just took on the toughest fighter in his division and won. he did it on an undercard, and took less money. it looks like they're positioning him to fight floyd mayweather, and make several million dollars in one night. if you want to watch fights that don't involve money, and fighters that are not financially motivated, watch amateur boxing, or a fight at your local bar. watching pro boxing, and ceaselessly complaining about fighters who box for money, is naive. thanks for the green, dog. i appreciate it. i really like bushbaby, too. he know it. he's a good guy. there are definitely times to complain about boxing being ordered by money. i'm gonna complain all day about broner being on PPV, for example. danny definitely isn't one of those fighters to complain about. he was an underdog against khan, an underdog against lucas. he took B side money against khan, and took undercard money against lucas. i mean really, how many fighters are going to fight lucas matthysse for undercard money? danny's the real deal. he's willing to fight the best guys. he's proven that. he should get paid handsomely now that he's the best 140 lber on the planet. the guy is probably going to go to the UK to fight khan, and then after that it's on to the best fighter in the world, floyd mayweather. How many people til this day believe the punch Garcia landed was a fluke and that Khan was dominating Garcia before the punch landed ? How often does a champ (khan) get ko'd like that and not get a shot at redemption ? If Khans team hadn't overlooked Garcia they would've had a rematch clause in place and we wouldn't even be talking about this... I wouldn't fault Garcia for taking a rematch with Khan and I wouldn't fault him if he didnt. He's fought and beat everybody that's been placed in front of him even the guys he was supposed to lose to.
