Obviously Floyd next 4 fights (in a dream world) after Canelo should be something like this
May 2014 - Timothy Bradley (If he beats Marquez)
September 2014 - Danny Garcia-Lucas Mathysse winner
May 2015 - Adrian Broner
November 2015 - Manny Pacquiao
That would be a hell of ending for his career.
How long did you guys honestly think this honeymoon would last ? This **** is wwe at its finest Floyd fights broner (assuming he can stay undefeated) and Floyd finally has people paying money to see him win. He goes from heel to hero and gets to ride off into the sunset handing broner is first L.
Pretty much Floyd talking about Floyd and how he has changed the sport.
lol This.
Anyone with any sense knows that Broner is no where on Mayweathers level. That being said I think Mayweather is soo insecure that any talk about a fighter who compares to him, even though it couldn't be more obvious that fighter (Broner) isn't even a fraction of Mayweather is, still makes Floyd defensive to the point he has to talk about himself.
Also in the video I think Floyd was also just giving a honest assessment on Broner. But the fact he felt like he had to bring up his wins against Geno and the rest of his career, shows he was offended. Insecure like a mother ****er lol.
Which also explains Floyds fear of losing and all the cherry picking. Insecure like a mother ****er lol. Don't want to lose t hat 0 for ****.
He'll fight Ricky Hatton's kids if they got enough hype
Called him flat footed, and said he's fought only hand-picked guys....
WOW.

Floyd's matter of fact about this, he does target Broner but I think his larger point was that the supposedly great fighters these days aren't so great and their competition is somewhat soft ("hand picked"). realistically speaking promoters are looking to get the maximum profit out of their investment, whereas Floyd was fighting much more skilled fighters at a younger age. So in some sense he was risking more and looking so much better in the process.
I could see it on Floyd's face as he sat ringside at Broner's embarrassment, even behind his sunglasses he knew he was looking at a hype machine and nothing more. Broner's like one of those floats at a Holiday parade, he looks big and imposing but really he's just filled with hot air.
Fans and Boxing Media are desperately going to try and get them to bump heads and try to get them to hate each other and hate on each other, I see it already.
If they fight they fight, if not then Broner has plenty of younger fighters to build up his OWN legacy against
And, by the way, the "hand-picked" comment was clearly a shot at Broner's hype not being worth it and a nice cameo by the "Money Mayweather" persona. In this case, he is right. Broner has to beat Maidana and the Matthysee-Garcia winner CONVINCINGLY (the way Floyd beat Hernandez, Castillo in the rematch and Corrales convincingly) to get on that level.
After Broner said he didn't want to give Floyd his first loss, I had a feeling something like this would happen. I knew egos would prevail eventually. This would be a super fight if Broner can show that he's worthy of it.
This x1000. It's almost disappointing that Broner didn't live up to the hype Saturday because I'm hoping for a "Mega Powers Explode" PPV storyline, and the best way to get Floyd 1,500,000+ buys after Canelo is if Broner can somehow clean out 140-147. But now it looks questionable at best if he can hold up his end of the bargain. Mayweather-Broner could be the 3rd biggest PPV of Floyd's career in May 2015, but Broner has to beat Matthysee/Garcia, Maidana and maybe Alexander/Khan winner.
Look at this realistically. What does Floyd have after Canelo? A rematch only works if it's a competitive fight, and many people don't think it will be (not sure on this yet). Then what is there? Alexander-Khan winner; this has potential only if Khan looks great, and the odds of that are about the same as Seth Mitchell beating a Klitschko. Alexander brings nothing. Only the Matthysee-Garcia winner has box office potential for a Floyd fight, but now that fight may not even happen.
It'll be fun to watch unfold, that's for sure.

lol........u people need to stop. That was so weak. I was expecting this huge diss after reading these responses. He said like 2 sentences. He said he was flatfooted which we heard during the fight and which everyone on here can see anyways.
Then he just said he fought top fights when he was his age and these guys arent nowdays which is true but its not a huge diss. Its not even Broner's fault really. Thats pretty much just how boxing is. Even in the 80's you would have guys at 20, 21, 22 fighting major guys or fighting other young stars.
That doesnt happen anymore and alot of that is actually due to the fans because if you lose then they think youre an overrated bum. You dont even have to lose. Just have a close fight and you are considered garbage. Why would anyone take risk that young then?
I wonder if Mayweather got wind of Broner saying ''I don't want to take Mayweather's zero''. Probably feels as though the kid needs to realise his place.
Most likely, came to point out the same thing.
Floyd should be thankful for Broner. Nobody in the whole damn sport makes Floyd look as good as Broner does.
Seriously, how many people watch Broner doing his god awful interviews or entrances and think to themselves: "You know, Floyd wasn't that bad after all, was he? Compared to this fucking idiot."
lol, while this is true its funny people acted entirely differently when he said the same thing about canelo. goes to show the retarded biases around here.
I still don't particularly like Alvarez getting a Mayweather fight for those reasons. He's the best of limited options though, so I'm not going to complain.
