I thought Matthysse was the rightful winner of his fights with Judah and Alexander. I was impressed with his power because he was the only guy to knock down Alexander and KO Peterson. I was impressed by the way he kept improving every fight and knocking all those contenders out.I liked the way he never took a backward step and was never hurt in any fight.I thought he would chase Broner out of the ring since Broner ran from little Ponce. Thank you for showing me how wrong I was to think that Lucus would beat the sh*t out of Broner. You saved me all that money I would have bet on Lucas if they ever fought. That's a good point. Alexander can take a really good punch

Sorry but Broner is the fùcking hype job. you got it twisted. I'd love to see your scorecards for Alexander & Judah because those are both widely considered robberies and should be wins for Matthysse. Guarantee that Broner never even fights Matthysse because Broner doesn't like taking hard fights.

Broner will be scared when he fights a top guy.... no offense but demarco, and pauli but they are not huge top level threats like a maidana, lucas, danny, ortiz are... It's a 50/50 fight. Both have tremendous confidence to beat their opponent. But I don't think it will happen any time soon.

That would be a very interesting fight. Broner is faster, has better defense and is the better counter puncher, but if he makes a mistake and Matthysse capitalizes on it : lights out!

Most realistic fight scheduling-wise would be Maidana vs Broner. Matthysse and Broner's next fights are too far off in dates, (June 22, Sept.)

I haven't seen Bronner fight anyone that would suggest he would last the distance with a fighter as dangerous as Matthysse.

First of all Im tired of people saying broner ducked the 140 division knowing damn well everyone on top had fights scheduled. Secondly most of them were going to move up in weight, Rios is moving up and Peterson, garcia, and matthyse will most likely move up by the start of 2014. Anyways people act as if matthyse is some sort of monster but the real monster is broner. Based off PEDerson and mike dallas two guys in which broner would've koed now everyone acts as if he's indestructible, guess you guys didnt see judah and devon tax his ass with a good boxing lesson. Watch the Ponce De Leon fight... Not becuz it was Broner's "off day" or whatever, but simply becuz Ponce De Leon fights very similarly to Matthysse... Only at a slightly lower level and without all that power
