nah. there was nothing flagrant at all about the officiating. parity has been there all night.
Yeah right, that game was rigged from the get go... Would u bet millions with that spread without insider information?
the NBA is rigged, mostly through officiating, to extend series in the playoffs and benefit superstars.
i am not joking. It has been so obviously rigged since about 2000ish onwards. It started with the Jordan Rules and just got progressively worse since. They don't even try to hide it.
Gambling will break Floyd as surely as drugs and alcohol break other guys. Anyone making those kinds of bets is losing eye watering sums as well. It's a mug's game.
the house always has you covered.
is gambling a guaranteed recipe for failure? nah. i'm probably up 10 grand in my lifetime in poker.
if floyd's a savvy bettor, who gambles smart, he can be OK. that's surely not the case, as he's betting a huge portion of his net worth when he's only got a few fights left. if he were truely bright with his money he'd do something other than gamble with it.
the problem with high level athletes is that they gamble for the thrill, and not to make smart bets. you're probably right about floyd going under from gambling. i've always expected floyd mayweather to end up broke. i really can't see it any other way.
Guess Jordan's breaking, too.
Jordan's name will always make him money. Unless Floyd has made some sensible investments, he probably won't be able to support his life style when he retires.

I knew a guy who turned $1000 into $175k in a weekend on horses and then the casino.
Took him 6 weeks to lose it all plus another $50k he took out of his mortgage.
Floyd was betting $200k a go two years ago, now it's $6mil.
He won this time, but long term you always lose.
