Gotta go with the somewhat underdog and rep Lucas. I think he really deserves this shot at a run to a proper world title claim, and furthermore I think he really wants it. I dont respect Peterson much now because of the problems with drug testing and that will always leave a cloud. Assuming he was clean though he is a good fighter and either guy could take it. If Peterson KOs Lucas I will eat massive pie, as right now I only see a close decision victory, or blatant robbery (overdue this year) for him to win.

Lucas is going to destroy this horse-headed drug cheat then critics will say Garcia's bum ass knocks Lucas out then it'll be some other clown. Its never ending. They just don't get it, Lucas is #1 nobody at 140 is beating him outside of a gift decision.

I see this fight playing out just like lucas v judah/alexander I think lucas can get outboxed at times, but i also think he will drop peterson at somepoint I think lucas pulls off a close decision

I always say sport over fighters and this fight is what the sports all about. I'm riding with Matthysse, but as long as the better man gets his hand raised, and we get a good night of two of the best at 140 going at it, I'll be happy.

I like both guys. I actually got to meet lamont and anthony in East peoria, il at the par-a-dice casino in 2006. I fought on the amateur prelims on there undercard. They both were very nice and super cool in the locker room im a huge fan of lucas just bc of his style. I honestly think he is on a rampage and this fight will look alot like the judah and alexander fights but i think lucas gets the split dec this time around
