Oh man, that would be crazy.
It'd be going over in my head for days if he lost. I'd watch the fight many times. Now that i'm anti-Floyd, just that Mayweather would have eventually lost.
Fun fact, Floyd generates more money in 1 fight than Tyson did in his entire career.
Fun fact , if 50-year-old Tyson comes back today , he generates more PPVs than what Mayweather ever generated .
Tyson and Ali are boxing icons , Mayweather is a superstar .
What a business move that would be if he threw the fight. He'd have to make it look legit though which is easier said than done.
Big Show couldn't pull it off.
But on a serious note, that's the only way I could see Mayweather losing the fight. The money that the rematch would generate. I just think his undefeated record is too important to him to sacrifice but it does make business sense and it is the money team so who knows..

I would just read in amazement the types of excuses, conspiracy theories, and verbal wars that would bog this site down for days. It would be like Tsyon losing as Q said
IMO it would be just as big of an upset as Buster Douglass over Tyson...
Tyson was invincible , while Mayweather got his nose bleeding in the last fight and sucker punch his oppenent in the one before it O.o !
This is irrelevant though and will just be good fodder years after. The initial shock value is what matters. I.E. Roy Jones getting caught by Tarver.
We need this. Floyd is getting stale. We've seen it all from him. We've seen his shtick in post-fight interviews after another victory. We've seen him during the build up's.
What does a Floyd Mayweather look and sound like at a post-fight interview following a loss? How about the first rematch of his career after losing? These are the things that would freshen things up a bit.
I know this isn't for those who are his most adherent diehard fans, but for the rest of us, lets hope it happens. Ideally it would have happened against a great opponent (Pacquaio), but it might as well be Guerrero now.
Have another doobie you will see all kinds of things .
damn cant green you again but that was funny...
You were great after Mannys losses , lol I thought somebody would find you hanging from a tree , now you dream of Floyd losing lol , he fckn owns you hahaha
If Floyd lost, the forumsphere would change forever.
I'd have a good time reading through the post-fight comments in here and then I'd rub one out to finish the day.

NSB would be great. We'd get an epic week of taunting, all the Fl0mos would disappear, and we could actually get back to talking boxing again.
Or Broner would just take Mayweather's place.
Any one who denies Guerrero his props for beating a 36 year old Floyd should quit being a boxing fan. We all know that this is the age where the majority of fighters are done, shot, way past it to the point they're just embarrassing themselves. But Floyd has yet to fit any of those categories so props must be given to Guerrero to finally be the one to expose past prime Floyd.
And FYI I do not find it impossible for Guerrero to win. Once you're talking about 35+ year old fighter, it is not impossible for him to lose to any top 3 fighter of the divisions around him. Do I think Guerrero will beat him? No. Would I be surprised if Guerrero beats him? NO.
Yeah because he's avoided anybody that was any good for the last ten years unless they were old or to small.
Oh man, that would be crazy.

I would laugh, nothing more, nothing less. However, a loss against Guerrero would only mean he is way... way past his prime. Mayweather should handle him easily.
I'd be kind of let down. I'm a big fan of the fighter Mayweather.
I think it's too late to see anything good coming out of a Mayweather loss. I wish he would have lost early in his career so he wasn't so concerned with his 0. It would have been great for his legacy because theres a handful of really good names he probably would have fought.
All i'm really hoping for now is Canelo vs. Mayweather or that Pac somehow resurrect his career and fights Floyd. Not happening though.
Nothing Really...It is boxing, it is entertainment, you shouldn't be that damn attached to the point in which if your favorite fighter lose you will go into Depression or something
he comes back and fight Guerrero again in September I guess

Same as when any great fighter loses.
Father time catches everyone, if Mayweather is no longer able to beat someone like Guerrero then it has caught him too.
Father time? lol here they come! Hes old huh?
