I don't hate Viloria but he had it coming. He was beating Mexicans left and right, I guess he thought he could beat any Mexican they put him against, but he hit a wall this time! Viloria was acting a little ****y in that fight with Tyson Marquez, so he deserved to get beat down. WAR MEXICO!!
Estrada was a monster and the way he took control from the get go and dictated the action is what you want to see from a young kid.
he actually fought like a seasoned veteran
a rematch with estrada should'nt be what brian be looking for , instaed fight igarashi for the lineal title ....it was the original plan anyways ...
lets hope igarashi sucessfully defended it first, because if yaegeshi won, he might get a tune up, and i'm not sure if this fighters will fight outside Japan, and they're the weakest of 112 I guess so shiming and arum should be lurking them, will be happy though if viloria will fight for lineal before he retires
if u're monitoring estrada then it's not an upset, i've seen this coming, I just hope that viloria still edge it but no, I acknowledge his defeat, but I think they'll have a rematch with estrada vacating 1 of the title, probably the WBO where melindo can now have his much anticipated title fight

Agreed that Estrada was not an easy opponent. Anyone who saw Gonzalez vs Estrada knew that Estrada was a very difficult fighter. He lost in a close decision against IMO the top guy in the division and now proved that he's definitely a good fighter. I think he deserves a rematch with Chocolatito.

Estrada clearly beat Viloria. He clearly won the last 5 rounds in a row plus some others of the first part of the fight.
that has never stopped judges before. matthysse clearly won the last 4 and at least 2 of earlier rounds against judah but that didn't matter.
I'd seen him a couple of times before this fight and I didn't think he had much of a chance to be honest. He looked much, much better than the previous fights I'd seen. More versatile, better body punching, looked like he punched much harder. Looked really good in comparison.
yeah that surprised me a little bit. he wasn't just punching much harder but very strong as well. very durable too, that big right hand that viloria landed hardly moved him and his energy didn't change much from round 1 to round 12. that was a different estrada from what i saw against gonzales.
Has Estrada always been this versatile, is he showing new improvement, cause I wouldn't have called this an upset had I seen Estrada show this kind of versatility before. First time watching him fight by the way.

i had a feeling it would happen soonER , even in the tyson marquez fight , brian did'nt look that impressive ...
having said that estrada is a good lil fighter , fights like jmm and got a good inside game too...
Tell him to rematch Chocolatito when he moves up... if he got the balls.
Hopefully after his next fight Chocolatito moves up and they do a rematch. The first fight merits a rematch. I saw Chocolatito win but it was a close fight.
I thought for the first 8 rounds Viloria was basically in control and he really didn't gas until the 10th. The 117-111 card was totally BS. I think this was close fight. I think Estrada won by a point. I thought the commentary was awesome, Larry and George did a great job calling the fight!
how could you not like viloria in that fight? round 5 was an amazing show of heart from viloria...
I just thought he was acting to ****y and showboating at time. Viloria is a good fighter and very entertaining but he needed to lose. Maybe with this loss he will be more humble in the ring.
Good fight. Estrada is now the guy to beat at flyweight.
