Hayemaker vs Diamond Boy?

According to a variety of sports news in the UK, team Hayemaker are set to announce his opponent in a week or two. The favorite to be in the ring with Haye on June 29th is Manuel Charr, the 'diamond boy'. Manuel Charr looked absolutely horrible against an old Vitali Klitschko a d has only fought in front of relatively small audiences other than in that fight. Other than that, he's virtually unknown to the public, and before he fought Vitali, he was even unknown to many hardened boxing fans. His most noticeable appearance is a failed attempt to interrupt the Haye-Chisora post presser. To his surprise, nobody knew who he was. Except for Adam Booth, who Charr apparently hounded for as a trainer. What are your thoughts of this fight?

I think it's a crap fight. Worse than Audley. Come on now, Charr would at least throw a punch. He was losing against Vitali but he was going down fighting. Haye is fucked whomever he fights. If he fights and beats Pulev, Pulev was an overhyped bum. If he fights and beats Povetkin, Povetkin was a protected paper champion. I could go on. Yes, if he fights those guys they will just write them off saying the Klits would beat them better. Be serious. If Haye took on Pulev or Povetkin and stopped them he'd get a truck-load of credit. Heck, he'd credit just for taking those fights. Charr is a crap fight, but it's not the worst bout in the world as a tune-up for a better opponent. Haye has been out for a while now.

personally, at the point where non Klit HW fights really don't matter the champs are the only thing in the division that are really interesting will always root for anyone against Haye though he got a scarlet "P" in the Wlad fight he'll have for life can't stand that dude, but would pick him to win this fight Whats with the length of your sig? Haye is not the HW champion of the world. It still surprises me that he gets as much, if not more, slack for his opponents than Wladimir and Vitali. When you are the HW champions and the 5 straight fights you've had are: Wach, Mormeck, Thompson, Charr and Chisora - you deserve criticism. That being said, Charr is not even top 15 and the fight is a mismatch. Difference is the KBros fight regularly; Haye fights once in a blue moon. Remember, this is the guy who promised to 'save' the Heavyweight Division.

worse than Audley, is Charr. An unknown unknown, if such a thing is possible, who is only known because 'that Russian' who is unknown to the general public gave him a title shot (for reasons still unknown to anyone).

Haye gets a lot of hate, but he's a skilled fighter. I wouldn't bet against him in any HW fight unless he's fighting the Klitschkos.
