Sucks for Floyd, Ghost supporters will have a built in excuse if he looks likes **** or get's KO'S. They will say this was on his mind during the critical part of training. Floyd wins this by wide UD no matter what, but he may not even get what little credit he would have any way. In general though, if you have a firearm license in Florida, it doesn't transfer over to Georgia if you cross the state line. I wonder how exactly he got the gun on the plane in the 1st place, but even him having a license he should've known NY is without a doubt the strictest state when dealing with firearm possession. Guys like Wayne, Plaxico, Prodigy, several others were caught and individually all did time on 1st time offenses (and Plaxico f*ckin shot himself lol) I don't know the ins and outs of gun laws I know you can travel across state lines somehow my guess is he made an honest mistake Plaxico I think broke the law cause he had it in the club with him I don't know about the others. Went and hired the same lawyer Puff Daddy had that beat his club shooting case. Thought the lawyer could work his magic again but his dumbass should have known that NY changed its gun laws right after the Puffy case to where it is mandatory that a person does time on gun possession. 3 months was the best he was going to get and he turned it down and wound up doing a few months shy of 3 years.

Or was he packing the gun cause he was planning on getting into a fight at some club? As you can see Guerrero followed procedures and did what he was supposed to do.
