Are body shots more or less effective when your opponent has a lot of belly fat?
Because it would seem since there abs may b weaker they wouldn't b able to take them but on the same hand the fat might just act like a shock absorber and the body punches might b useless
It cushions the blows so that your organs receive less impact, but it's not nearly as dense as muscle.
No it's not, but there is muscle under that fat too, which will make it even harder to be more effective. A guy who has been training (even if he is a bit chubby) still has all the same muscles under that fat, so he's not always gonna be as soft as some may think. Rule#1 NEVER underestimate your opponent.
