Pacquiao's power at welterweight is severely overrated, the guy has gone 6 fights in a row w/o a stoppage. No **** Ruslan hits harder than Pac, the guy actually moved up in weight from 140 and was outweighed by 9 pounds and still he was able to do this kind of damage to Bradley!

Maybe he has heavier hands, but Pac has those explosive knock out shots. Exactly! Ruslan has that thudding,bruising concussive power...Manny has that explosive power.

This is probably the right answer. The Russian probably has the harder home run hitter but Manny is fast with stinging power. The punishment Pacman doles out is from those combinations he lands, the angles and the speed of delivery.
