A bantamweight has zero chance of being p4p #1...the division just isn't lucrative enough in terms of drawing power. Donaire at lightweight could be #1 p4p tho.
Danny garcia will be number one after he beats judah,Matthyse, broner and mayweather.
He won't fight Broner unless millions of dollars are involved. He'd beat Judah and Matthysse but not Mayweather.
1 Martinez if he still fights
2 Ward
3 Trout
4 Quillin
5 Froch
6 Guerrero
7 Matthysse/Garcia
8 Broner
9 Donaire
10 Bradley
lolol most the guys I put could be fighting each other
I believe Floyd is still #1 in 3 years. I think he's going to fight more than people think. I think he wants all of the money from that Showtime deal. He may be in the retiring process at that point but he will have fought like 6 months before so you can still rank him #1.
At that point he may not look quite as good as Ward but seeing him do it at 39 or nearly 39 will seem impressive enough in itself
Unless Floyd takes cherry picking to all new heights basically fighting the equivalent of Devon Alexander over and over he'll have more than one loss by 2016.

6 Rigondeaux
7 Sillakh
8 Haye
9 Gamboa

Even if he were to work his way back it would take waaaaaaaaaaaay longer than 3 years to build up a P4P resume.
