Bearing in mind that the Klit fans rate Vitali as one of or if not the finest boxer of all time and there are no Bruno fans that rate Frank whatsoever, who beat the better fighters? Furthermore which fighters victims have the best legacies?
Klit's most notable scalps
Ross Purity
Corrie Sanders
Sam Peter
Tomas Adamek
Chris Arreola
Bruno's most notable scalps
James Tillis
Carl Williams
Joe Bugner
Jesse Ferguson
Oliver McCall
In defeat, Bruno lasted 1 round longer than Klit did against Lewis. Bruno was 35 and Klit was a primed 32 year old.
In the manner in which fans rate Vitali, I am expecting at least 10/1 in Klit's favour.
This is the point I was trying to make although my thread title could have been better.
Bruno's prime McCall win is a better scalp than any Klit win.
Yeah but the rest of his "best wins" are worse.
Bruno, most people on this site have probably never watch more than a few clips and a lot won't have even heard of him so the poll results are understandable.
Agreed.
He was a hard hitter with huge arms. I'd rate him as a slightly above average boxer.
When you look at his wins though, he did beat names.

If Bruno had the same level of opponents as there is now he'd have been a champ more than one fight. Great power, good jab, weak chin and can't fight inside.................. reminds me of someone.........
Bruno has the better single wins, but they were in a much less consistent career and really not as good overall. Vitali had/has the better career quite clearly.
It's like using the Tyson win to say Douglas is better than every heavyweight without a win as good as an undefeated Tyson.
Doesn't really work that way. Not when you look at what else occurred.

I highly doubt this is Jab. Jab is solid and often quite fair to the Klitschko brothers. Only when he's in a mud throwing contest with Freedom and the likes does he fall from grace. :lol1:

What the frig are you on about?? I edited my first post 9 minutes after I'd made it. How is that being owned?????
Vit lost to Lewis and quit vs Byrd
beyond that, he's whooped everybody else
they aren't as good as the 2 who beat him, but they're decent
he has a much better resume than Bruno
Bruno is best known for getting whacked twice by Tyson
that and blowing a couple other title shots before he beat McCall
Come on now, let's be honest here.
You were hoping the vote would be 9-2 for Bruno instead of 9-2 for Vitali. :lol1:
Surely you can't be this desperate, can you...?!
Ridiculous question!
Clearly you two didn't read the opening crawl correctly.
I said that I'd expect the poll to be 10/1 in Klits favour. It's going exactly how I imagined.
So how has it backfired?
