tbh, a bit of my respect for Marquez went down..after watching how he got bailed out in that fight...
As for the thread, Morales easily...he was just worn down by struggling with weight for too long...
That was a close fight with Wheeler, but two of the three judges had Wheeler ahead and than the referee stopped it with only 5 seconds left LOL. The referee stopped it for excessive holding without even a proper warning.
I actually thought that Marquez was winning the tenth and he may have deserved a draw. Marquez i believe also dropped Wheeler after a glove touched the canvas.
However, many people talk about Marquez getting the short end of the stick against John, Norwood, and the second and third Pac fight, but they fail to remember the Wheeler fight.
Although Morales would get stopped later in his career, in his prime his chin was among the best. Marquez has never been knocked out, but he has suffered numerous flash knockdowns. He was even dropped by Wheeler in an early bout in which the referee failed to score the knockdown.
Morales was not a counterpuncher or stayed in his back foot as often as Barrera and Marquez so he took much more toe to toe action where his chin was tested. He simply stayed in the game too long and should have retired after the second Pac fight. If he was smarter, he would left after being out schooled by Raheem.

All three had great chins. Although marquez has been down a lot more, his recuperating powers are out of this world. Barrera and morales were masters of rolling with the punches that's why you rarely saw them knocked down or hurt. 3 way tie.
