I am quite patriotic myself but this poster ''earl hickey'' is something else.
He sent me this because I didn't show support to a certain British boxer,
''**** you, you cunting uncle yank, BURN''.
I don't usually support someone just because they're from the same part of the world as me. It comes down to fighting style and weather or not I personally like the guy.
To the TS
I didn't red you because you didn't like a British boxer
I gave you red for being a dick head.
Thank you, come again
You gave me red? What the **** do I care about red? Im 23 years old. You gave me **** because you are an internet warrior.
**** no I dont always support the home fighter. How silly of a concept is that? So basically, once you are born you can only root for the guys who were either born where you were or represent the flag of some country just because they are several generations removed from said place? Blind allegiance to random fighters and a flag is how a jackass like Arum has been able to sell horrendous ppv's to people who buy anything with a flag on it. It is BEYOND pathetic.
Nearly all the time I support British fighters over anyone else, but there are some that I haven't in the past like Amir Khan, him and his fans were p!ssing me off and I used to be a fan of his. And Audley Harrison because he's allways talking loads of ***** before the fight then fights pathetic and scared.
''uncle yank'' :D :D hahahaha
I think Earl Hickey is hilarious tbh. You can tell most of the stuff he says is tongue in cheek and is puposely set out to get you all mad and it works tremendously.
I'm not racist, my favourite teacher at school was black.
But I've never heard of a tall-stiff black boxer, nor have I heard of a slick white boy.
lmfao im no racist but that was fuking funny

Then you've never heard of Deontay Wilder and Paulie Malignaggi.
Yeah but technically you could say the only thing that exists is physical matter and that all the categories we divide it into are social constructs.
As for the nationality thing, no I don't automatically support Australian fighters. All things being equal, I will support the Aussie over his opponent. If the Aussie is an ******* like Anthony Mundine, however, I will support his opponent.
Everything is a phenomena until humans decide to label it. Its human nature to want to categorize but we're all equal at the end of the day. Race and nationality won't do anything to help you against the opponent across the ring. Skill and skill comes from the individual.
I must agree with you on that one, Mundine is awful.
If those are the only ones you choose to acknowledge then yeah all you'll ever see is "slick African American" fighters. Nationality and Race are social constructs my friend. Skill and style are determined by the individual.

how else do you explain the well documented phenomenon of the "slick african american"?
