What good is random testing when some fighters are still allowed to fight even after having tested positive? What is needed is a contract that specifies forfeiture of half the earnings of the violator and award it to the opponent who tested negative, in case he wants to move on with the fight. First and foremost is he should be informed of the positive results.

can you explain why he agreed to OSDT for floyd but wouldn't take tests when JMM suggested? that doesn't seem logical.
