Why do people think just cause Marquez KO Pacquaio he will beat Cotto

You say styles make fights, but I dont even know if you understand what that means because pound 4 pound Marquez's skill is superior to Cottos. I can just imagine Marquez's beutiful uppercuts getting in on Cottos face sooo good. Or are you trying to say that weights make fights? Because in that case, yes, Cotto is too big and strong for Marquez. I'm not convinced. Marquez did something Cotto could not do in his better days. I'd say we would probably be surprised at actual strength and explosive power between the two. Could be a wash. Marquez is a true blood and guts warrior, Cotto just hasn't been as devoted to the sport as Marquez. Everyone knows he used to be a heavy drinker (Doble Seis fiend). Cotto might have the edge, but Marquez is far more resilient.

marquez is a 12 round fighter, and a marksman. Cotto might bully him at first, but I see him getting hurt from counters and getting stopped late as he gasses if he doesnt run from a guy half his size which would be sad

Mayweather beating a Marquez that was poorly prepared has nothing to do with Cotto winning every round from Marquez. Cotto is nothing like Mayweather and he also lost almost every round to Mayweather and just got beat again by Trout. By the way Marquez won a round or two on all three judges cards against Mayweather.Marquez is a little guy and he is not going to fight Cotto at 150 so no use worrying about a fight that won't happen. Cotto is a f*cking bum who has proven this over and over again. All the belts he's ever had were handed to him on a silver platter. Please don't talk about this bum when talking about Marquez. At what weight? At 147 Marquez has a damn good chance, especially if his power is really as good as we saw last weekend. I'd pick him.
