Victor Ortiz: completely healed and ready to start boxing again.

Hey guys, I got this exclusive from Team Ortiz. It seems as though Victor is 100% healed from his broken jaw injury and will resume boxing training on January 3rd. Based on what? The same guy who dropped Ortiz wasn't even hurting Guerrero. Ortiz has been down unlike Guerrero. Let's not get too excited now and make ridiculous claims. I feel the same way. I would be rooting for Oritz in this fight, but my money would be on Guerrero.

Don't think it would ever happen but I think a guy like Nazim Richardson would be a good fit for Ortiz. Nazim seems to get his fighters to go in there with a lot of confidence and could help Victor develop some mental toughness. Kid has the tools, he just hasn't learned to handle in ring adversity well.

Im glad Vic is almost back. By putting his name in the pot at 147 makes it more exciting. Because hes either gonna beat the dude up or get beat up. Vic could even make a fight with Alexander exciting. Hell put him in with the Brook vs Alexander winner or loser.

looking forward to ortiz's return fight. he's a character and he puts on exciting fights (for however long he feels like fighting). it'll be interesting to see who he hires as head trainer. plus after his surgery, if it went well we could possibly see a revamped ortiz with that bionic jaw of his.

Good for him, hopefully his jaw can hold up. I would recommend adding some more defense to his game and taking a long slow road back to the top to make sure that style is properly installed.
