baldomir has like 12 loses or something before he even got known and became popular. becareful with your comparisons TS, but it looks to me that Garcia has the discipline and the mindset to reach great heights in the sport. yes, he has never wowed me either. but he has decent boxing skills and is very very solid in his own game. im not saying he's unbeatable but he's no baldomir. bad comparison, i dont know if its hate or anything.

margarito is a journeyman. the journeyman who was ranked #1 for 4 years and in the top 10 for almost 10 years. very similar to baldomir who was ranked for about 8 months then fell off the face of the earth.

Baldomir was a joke. He beat Zab and washed up smaller Gatti big deal. It gave Floyd a big payday and allowed him to avoid Paul Williams and Margarito. Only time will tell if Garcia is the real deal or a flash in the pan. He should be able to defeat Zab, Zab has been washed-up for a while.

wasn't big on garcia. he never wowwed me. then he started to land that left hook... he is a well rounded fighter with a good chin and a good punch. he seems to really know his way around the ring. i'm a fan. baldomir was a journeyman with journeyman talent. very little power.

Right now he's in the same class that Ward is as a champion He has 3 out of the 5 major titles pretty sad and impressive considering how terrible of a boxer he is

I didn't think Baldomir had much pop in his punches like Garcia does.
