Austin Trout vs. Floyd Mayweather!!

You hear all manner of things when it comes to Floyd. Miguel was shot in the opinions of Pac fanss. According to Floyd fans, Miguel is supposedly rejuvanated by a new weight and trainer. After Miguel did well against Floyd, Miguel is indeed reborn and has a second wind Miguel did about the same against Trout. Trouts bigger so he was able to beat Cotto up more however Cotto landed more flush effective blows against Trout. But Floyd and Trout basically put up the same scorecard.

After last night, I'd give Trout a good shot to beat Mayweather. He has the height and reach and threw a good variety of punches. Although I think Cotto fought and looked like doo-doo last night so I'm not really sure how much credit Trout gets for shutting Cotto down versus Cotto not getting himself into fighting shape and taking Trout lightly.

Floyd is too small....

trout is a worthy oponent after last night but i really dont want to see floyd at 154 again, hes clearly not half the fighter he usually is when carrying that much weight.

Don't think Trout's a good enough inside fighter to beat Mayweather but it could be interesting. He's strong and very sharp, and crucially would have a reach advantage. Wouldn't be top of my list of opponents for Floyd but it wouldn't be a joke.

I don't think it will be an eye pleasing fight, but very competitive. Trout is very busy, fast and accurate. It's really a pick em. If I was forced to pick, maybe I'd pick Floyd by close decision, he would have to fight out of his skin though.

Am I the only one that thinks Trout vs Mayweather would be a horrible fight? Has boring written all over it.

Canelo, Pac, Trout and then Sergio would ideally be Floyds last 4 fights in that order.
