Broner molests and deflowers Burns. Am I the only one who thinks Demarco-Burns would be a great great fight?
That would be a great fight. I think it would be a good, winnable fight for both actually. Burns is good. Better than often credited as, but not as good as what many are now saying ie. Burns destroys Broner. :lol1:
Winner of this fights Broner. Would be fun.
broner dickriders are ****ing annoying. sure he looked good and skilled against bums but we haven't really seen him against top fighters except that controversial win against ponce deleon who had to go 1 weight up and gave broner more than he could handle.
broner hasn't even fought at LW and yet he already could easily beat guys like demarco, burns, etc. according to his nuthuggers. if broner goes up to WW he could also beat guerrero blah blah blah...stupid fanbase.
Burns was really impressive last night. Jabbed very well and pressed home the advantage with combinations every time he landed something. He gets better fight by fight.
...cuz he wasn't comfortable at the weight anymore? It won't matter anyway, cuz after Broner beats Demarco for the WBC title, he won't be able to unify with Burns lol. If Burns is actually avoiding Broner, then he'll have nothing to worry about.
DeMarco makes Broner cry in the corner and then he break Burns into pieces
He's a top Euro level fighter. Is he world class? We don't know. Miguel vasquez, Demarco, Broner, Abril would beat him.
In your words, we don't know that.
Abril might be an iffy one style-wise as someone else said earlier.
Burns is not an easy night with his length and good defense (especially for a Brit) and his physical strength. All this is with the premise that Burns can be make weight comfortably. That Scot is huge - a behemoth at the weight.
Burns is the champ, if broner wants some, he should come to the uk
Burns is the champ, why should he travel to america to defend his belt since he is a bigger draw in the uk?
Come over here broner, I think bures will really test him, possibly win
Burns is a quality fighter and is still improving. Right now, I would rate him number 1. Demarco doesn't impress me, abril has always been a well skilled fighter but i can see him being outworked, and bogere hasn't faught nobody. Broner is grossly overrated at this point but still a good enough fighter to give burns a hard fight. I would make Burns the slight fav against Broner at this point.
We will see. I heard him say about unifying in Vegas next so hopefully it is Broner but i wouldnt be suprised if he moved up tbh.
yeah burns was huge last night i couldnt believe the size of him at the weigh in the man was a massive l
I think Burns would fight anyone, it's his handlers that pulled out of negotiations for a fall 2011 fight with Broner, than Burns vacated his title.
he moved up because he couldnt do the weight anymore without killing himself broner vs burns at lightweight is actually a much better fight imo but i wouldnt trust broner at all with his discipline to make weight the junk food junkie vs true professional great fight to watch it needs to happpen
Resume wise it's DeMarco right now. Wins over Linares and Molina, two top 10 LW's at the time.
Abril has a claim to that as well. You could argue very easily that he should have wins over Prescott and Lundy, as well as Rios and Acosta.
Burns really only has his win over Mitchell, but he also beat Martinez at 130 too, so he has some good wins.
Vazquez really only has his win over Prescott and Kim.
Vazquez has fought Bradley and Canelo twice. Even though he lost those fights it still speaks the kind of competition he's fought and at a higher weight.
They reported on strong talks for Broner-Burns to fight last November, and than Warren stopped negotiations, Burns vacated his title, and moved to 135. So if he was struggling so greatly to mae weight, why even have serious talks about fighting Broner???
Warren didn't want Burns to come to the US and take a beating. I hope that fight comes off at 135, though I doubt it because Broner will have the WBC title, who don't like unifications and he'll be looking to fight Gamboa, while Burns will be busy fighting Harrison and Rees.

No because he was really stuggling making weight. He is a massive lightweight and is now struggling to make that weight aswell.
