So you're telling me that this guy has to shed 12 lbs before Friday? He's a fighter, and I'm not saying that it can't be done, but why put your body through all of that unnecssary trauma?
Anyhow, I'm sure that he'll kill himself to make weight, as he always does. If he doesn't make weight, then I'm sure Sergio wont mind.
I'm quite sure that he'll take joy in making money off of Julio before the first bell rings. I'm not sure how crooked the WBC will be when it comes to Julio possibly losing his title on the scales, but we'll see.
Sergio's not crazy enough to walk away from this opportunity, in the event that Julio misses weight. That's just more money in his pockets to fight a man that he already KNEW would be bigger than him. Lol
The running with sweatsuit method is probably the most popular. An hour in the sauna after. It feels good after a run.
I cant stay in a sauna long either. But then after have enough juice to go 12 while getting punched? And have enough to keep going after? Something not right
i just dont believe the kid makes weight legitly. that wont change. but i do know that he wont be at 160 much longer. ur body cannot handle the constant killing off and regrowing of cells that comes with erratic weight loss. it ages u very prematurely. its not healthy at all, any doctor will tell u that.
An hour straight in a sauna is insane, when I used to do that maybe I got it to hot but even just standing up was a chore after 20 minutes once it really got going.
2 hours I couldn't even imagine.
You would in fact pass out with 2 hours of not coming out or no water.

They do, do this... but 5lbs in a sauna in a single hour... I don't buy it. I've cut weight in a sauna plenty of times... it doesn't come out that easily.. especially after you're already dehydrated... besides the point you dont really start sweating until 10-12 mins in...
But i said an hour or 2

But to do that though and still have that kind of energy and endurance in the ring is just unreal. If he's really losing all of that the day before, he should be completely depleted of energy. I guess it's different for different people.
Don't even try to give him the benefit of the doubt. You know what Chavez is doing as well as everyone here.

Well we dont know what JCC is weighing right now so wo dont know how much he had to cut
Anyway most fighters do this

So you're saying he can cut weight to make 160 but he cant cut weight to make 168 and 176?
No... Im saying you're not cutting 5lbs in one hour in a sauna.
I thought that was pretty ****in clear.
You ain't cuttin 5lbs in a sauna in an hour after you've already been cutting weight.
It takes me 10 mins just to start sweating,.. and if you're dehydrated you can pass out in there.
If it was that easy, everyone would make weight.

Fighters cut weight to make the 30 and 7 day weigh ins too
5 pounds is nothing, can be dont in an hour or 2 in the sauna

I guess it's different for different people. Its unhuman actually. But he has Ariza, who i think is "funny" and the same Dr he was popped with before. Not to mention every single pre and post test seems to missed or controversial. Something aint right
