Michael Buffer makes some big doe every time he utters his famous phrase.
$5 million dollars each time. Net worth $120 million!

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I know for a fact (because I handled the event checks on several shows he announced) that he gets between $5,000 and $10,000 per event, usually split between HBO and the promoter.
Edit: he also gets first class travel, meals, and accomodations
Did not believe it for a second......

Hello All on the Forum:
All I can say is "Don't believe everything you read, especially at CelebrityNetWorth.com"
As Michael's manager I will tell you I make sure he is handsomely paid for all he does but if he made $5 Million for every night he stepped into the ring, then he should be listed on the Forbes Billionaire list by now... As far as me, I am taken of very well by my beloved UFC but only my accountant and them know for sure.
See you from the Octagon on May 27th!
Cheers,
Bruce Buffer

Like to see his contract for 5 mill. a fight, sounds ridiculous to me. I personally think he stinks and his carnival style has no class at all.
I can't think of the gentleman who used to handle all the big fights in the 40s up till the late 50s but he had style and emphasized the city were the fighters was from to set up the pride factor that all the cities had for their fighters and called weight, colors worn, then name. No yelling no pomp, all business very direct and serious because it IS serious business. I can't stand Buffer, he's a walking, yelling, maniquin. 5 Million????? No Way!!!!:lame: Ray
So he makes more than most of the actual fighters. Something is definitely wrong with that.
He pretty much makes more than 97% of all fighters.
If he does 5 events in a year, that's $25 million.
