That f*cking chin

The technical deficiencies are common knowledge to anyone that's watched him over the years.If anything,they add to the drama of his fights.Someone with a genuinely good jab,capable at boxing at range,yet neglects it and gets caught up in the heat of the moment even when it's completely unnecessary. Too late now.Too many tough fights, brutal stoppages,too much punishment and it all adds up,even when you're still in your mid 20's.

Defense and ring IQ fail kahn other than his amazing chin of glass. His combinations look good but he's so open when he throws them. Jab and stay on the outside, too bad he has some fetish to brawl and go inside.

Wish Bernard Hopkins started training fighters, in his prime he was a specialist at going beast mode and not getting hit. Khan's technique is all fucked up, what I found most annoying was his arrogance and while Prescott, Maidana and Peterson should have mellowed him down, he was still too big headed. I hope Garcia taught him something and Khan rebuilds himself from scratch, he should find himself a new trainer as well.

The main problem is that Khan isn't very good. He has elite speed, everything else is average or worse. He's got zero defence, he's got no chin, his hands drop when he throws, he's predictable....

It's not a chin problem, it's a defense and ring IQ problem.

He has horrible foot work and no defense. Also dropping your hands mid combination is a bad idea the same punch he got knocked out with is the same punches he was getting hit with in sparring because he was dropping his hands.

Chin is one thing, Amir Khan doesn't have even have decent amount of defense in my opinion.

It's always the humble,good natured lads that are cursed in such a horrible way.Khan gave hope to millions of young kids all across the world - quite possibly the first world champion who's popularity transcended all ages,all nationalities,all religions and all races....and it's all gone. I'm devastated,yet these tears cannot rid this somewhat annoying erection that I developed over an hour ago.
