It's absolutely ridiculous. If he keeps postponing, what happens with the IBF title? Would they strip him eventually or let him have it? He got the title in December so it's already been 7 months without a defence. Only in boxing, The man is a cheat period! He should be stripped now whether there was a hearing or not, He admit to doping for a fight after being caught, am not sure why this is being p*ssy around by the boxing organisations, Why would any of them want a known cheat to be their beltholder?
