Hopefully he serves what he was given and learns a lesson about respecting others especially ones who are supposed to be loved ones. I was just surprised after 400 or so views and what 5 pages not one person been to jail to break down how the jail system works. After all that is what the thread is asking for. any of you fools been to jail before. they dont get out early cause they famous or anything. They get out early cause everyone gets out early. Most jail have a 2 for 1 meaning for every 1 day you serve it counts for 2 days. that turns his 90days into 45 automically. and then they can release you into probation aswell. the sentencing is just a guide line, the jail gets to determine how much time he does and if he can get out early. only way he does all 90 days is if the judge sentence him to flat time, meaning he has to do every single day no and if or buts, but guess what she didnt so he getting out early. i say around the 40 day mark round their. WTF? u act like everyone should go there

I knew that was comming. but seriously everyone does something stupid when they 18 and end up in jail. caught with weed. minor intoxication. stuff like that gets you in jail.
