That is 2 inches difference only which could only equate a few lbs but the staggering 10-15 lbs pure muscles is too much. that's why you don't put the decisions in the hands of fighters or promoters as far as testing is concerned. if any fighter wants advanced testing that's good but he should not decide who should administer the testing or make direct contacts with any testing agency. he can suggest yes, but he should never be in-charge. Yep. Kind of like hiring an investigator to investigate you.

It wouldn't surprise me if he did. People say look at Pacquiao weight rise, which is about 3lbs from superfeather to his light-middleweight fight with Margarito 145-148lbs. But you look at Mayweather weight rise through the same division and it is 136lbs - maybe 156lbs. A huge 20 lbs weight rise. Yet Pacquiao 3lbs weight rise is the one people have suspicious about. Floyd traps are huge compared to the rest of his body, another sign of steroid use. He has anger problems, another sign. He has long stints away from the sport and any testing, time to use what ever drugs he like and not get caught. And as with Andre Agassi, his drug use was covered up by the tennis authorities to save the image of the sport. If Mayweather is setting the standard for the tests it also gives him the chance to have to loop holes there where he can exploit. If they release test results quarterly, we should get the Mayweather-Cotto test results at the end of June right? I don't think Montoya is saying he test positive for anything. He's just asking does the the three a year exemption because he gets tested for a few months a year. I can't see Floyd wanting to beef up because he has the perfect build for his style of fighting, a traditional boxer build.
