hopkins did land clean but he wasnt strong enough to break dawson down. i know what you're saying but dawson was landing to. hopkins won 4-5 rounds maybe six. i hae to watch it again. and to the guy who cried about going backwards. that doesnt matter if your countering effectively. you can come forward all night who cares if your getting hit.

Bhop has every right to feel robbed, because he was. Chad didn't land all night. Chad's jab was gone and his left was gone. To many bhop haters. HBO put a cheerleading on for Dawson and too many viewers bought the sale. Also the TV angle didn't show how all chad's punches were missing, just activity. It was really a boxing lesson by BHOP. Man, I would have loved for Hopkins to pull it off but he just didn't do enough. I gave him 4 rounds which is sad but he just maintained....activity killed him.

Hop controlled 80% of what went on in the ring last night. If the arguement is that he doesn't hit hard enough that's fine but Hopkins definitely won as far as the science goes. It was just like Pac vs JMM Sometimes the people see boxing sometimes fight as effective. Bottom line the commentators on the channel I watch it on were ****ting on Bhop before he even got in the ring. Bernard got taught a lesson by a group of people not Dawson. He was landing some right hands here and there but never clean or hard enough to hurt Dawson...he had to really hurt Dawson to turn it into his type of fight and he didn't. he tried, and it got rough, but he wasn't has effective with punches this time. Dawson never let Bhop get more than a minute of momentum at any time in the fight, and Bhops was trying to build himself something throughout, he'd get a round but couldnt get 2 in a row....there was nothing

This is the reason it's hard to like Hopkins. He has a legit claim that he beat Calzaghe, that fight was close. Dawson won the fight easily, NO ONE could possibly have scored that fight for Hopkins being fair and unbias. Dawson won 118-110/117-111. You don't win rounds by having a moment or two where you land, than hold and headbutt the other guy. Chad, the times he was landing, did much more damage and was BY FAR getting the better of the exchanges. Chad won easily.
