Paulie in my opinion. He beat an undefeated title holder in his back yard and that wasn't in the US either. All the odds were against Paulie and at 31, everyone thought he was done. No, he just resurrected his career at 147.
Abril is a good one but come on, he's still young and it wasn't as if he was a challenger in another country nor were the odds against him completely.
Yes all the odds were against Abril too, and was fighting in Rios backyard to me is a very close decision, I'll be happy with Paul or Abril, actually it will be fair if both get the nod...
