is he an ATG? and how high?
i want to know peoples opinions
some think he has a great chance of beating pacquiao, and maybe a floyd fight could follow if he does
Seems Floyd & Pac Stans have a hard time with hypotheticals.
I think to judge this, you have to ask yourself "If Bradley beat Manny, then in 6 months beat Floyd, then retired.... Where would you rank him?"
I'd say it'd be an increadible and amazing year for Tim, but I'd say he retired too early for us to really know if he was an ATG, we wouldn't even really have known if he was a better welterweight or light welterweight. So I think if Bradley were to win those fights, he'd have a huge headstart to ATGness but he'd have to continue to have a great career and hold the p4p 1 spot for awhile before achieving ATGness.
It's a crazy scenario of course, but if he managed to do that, obviously he deserves to have a real conversation about whether he is an ATG. He'd have the best resume in boxing just off those two wins, and two of the best wins anyone has had in the sport for a long time.
If Bradley could shock the world and beat Pac, there is then no way he could go on to beat Floyd.
The reason being FLoyd only fights Pacs leftovers, he wouldnt fight someone who managed to beat Pac, he would be asking bradley for OSDT and asking Bradley to take 1 million with no ppv money and any other barriers he could put up.
But back to topic, yes Bradley would have a case for making a name for himself in neon lights and be somebody in boxing and not just boast an unbeaten record like floyd, who lives off of that.
Bradley is more ambitios than Floyd he dont want to live off of that unbeaten record i doubt its even important to him, as long as he can fight the best.
It would sure appear that way but it's always best to wait and see what happens with all three of their careers after. For instance, if it turns out both Manny and Floyd were shot and then Bradley loses his next three fights then no, he isn't an ATG.

If I beat Pacquiao then Mayweather I'll be an ATG:cool2:
IF he beat Pacquaio and Mayweather back to back, wow, that would be unbelievable.
I really don't know where I'd rank him or consider him an ATG yet as he's still a relatively young guy who hasn't done much to this date in terms of ATG level.
But he'd certainly be on the way.
I don't think bradley brings the skills necessary to beat pacquiao, and as for floyd well floyd would dominate him, he's just not the type of guy to give floyd any problems at all.
lol@ at the crying from floyds fans, jesus christ, it's a hypothetical question :lol1:
the questions, "would timothy bradley be an atg if he beat pacquiao then mayweather? if so, where would he rank"
expected answer, "yes/no, if yes, top#"
No way he fights Mayweather right after. He'd HAVE to rematch Manny, plus Arum and Floyd don't do business together. This should be ABUNDANTLY clear by now.
Sometimes i feel like to sig this quote right here.

I don't see this happening. But if it did happen, I would consider him the real deal. But the problem with Timothy Bradley is that he has no personality or a story. Pacquiao has a story. Mayweather has a personality. Timothy Bradley doesn't have either. So even if he did beat them, I doubt he would reach that super stardom of May and Pac. And since he doesn't have those qualities, I think what he definitely needs is a rival.
If Arum isn't willing to sacrifice Pacman to Floyd, what makes you think he'd sacrifice his theoretical new money man to Floyd?
Either way, Pac may very well kill him in June and Bradley will go back to begging Amir Kahn to fight
