From three different sources in Vegas. @incarceratedbob and Sports Illustrated's Bryan Armen Graham
**BREAKING BETTING NEWS** @Floydmayweather has made a insane bet ($990,000) on #Duke +2 over #UNC (Action split at 4 different Vegas books)
Anyone that think that 900K is chump change for Floyd is a fool. Floyd is not a billionaire.
This.
You need bankroll management, you dont put 10% of your bankroll on 1 event.
If you had 50 million lying around to spend you can put 500k-750k on a bet.
Odds of Floyd having 50m lying around? 0.0000% since he cant pay his rent or taxes.......
Why would they go to college???? The economy is ****ed beyond repair and there are no jobs. They are wealthy... They could all start their own business...
yeah, he could sell them a lottery soda franchise.
hmm what people are failing to realise is gambling is a very damaging addiction .................. its one of the worst addictions you can have !
and for people saying he can always win, and/or brake even that goes against logic ........................ a gambler always lose's .......................... always !
if you gamble regular you will always lose !!!
if we looked at mayweathers gambling history ! every penny he as ever gambled ............ ever ! and put that against every penny he has ever won.......... ever ! ......................... he will of lost literally millions !!!
this may not be a problem now while the cash is flowing ! but mark my words !!
gambling will ruin Floyd mayweather !!!!
they could only wish
Wow, these guys have really hurt your feelings with predicting Floyds future. You must be young. When you get older, you will realize how easy it is for a person to blow all their millions if they spend it the wrong way. Floyds gambling addiction and living in Vegas, more than likely will break him unless he gets help first and completely gives it up, but that is unlikely.
Must be nice to be able to give away almost a million dollars and just be able to do same thing tomorrow.
I'd imagine it feels pretty sh1t. It'd be like losing $1,000 to us, i.e. it would suck hard but not be the end of the world.
Trouble with Floyd is that he's not just losing almost a million dollars, he's losing repeatedly, he has the gambling disease and it will ruin him if he doesn't stop.
He should seek treatment, srs.
Whomever gave him the betting advice must be in deep sh!t, getting a visit from his bodyguards right now.
I doubt anyone gives him advice on betting as everyone don't know sh*t about anything...
If you watched the Costa interview, Floyd said he would be on Duke and on the game's Halves. So had Duke lost the game but been up at the half Floyd would have won and you guys would have looked stupid for thinking the final score dictated the bet. But looking at espn duke was down at the half as well so money lost a lot of money.
Therefore carry on with money jokes.
