He doesn't strike me as a person who has the mental capabilities to be this engaging. In my humble opinion Bob Arum is trying to inject this fight with a Manny that has swagga, all while piggybacking his archenemy Mayweather. Quite naturally the less astute among us will take this as further validation of their "incredible bad ass" Pacquiao.
