I cant stand that fool but he's still shutting goood fighters out. Even a couple guys that are borderline very good fighters at that time in their career. Arguably 1-2 wins over elite fighters.
His longevity and dominance over good fighters is impressive. Never has a bad night, and only really one really close fight imo in his whole professional career.
Probably not but he was reaching for anything to help him out.
Is that not normal?
He believed it would maximize his performance, thus he did it and according to him had been doing it for years prior to that.
Drinking his own Urine had literally nothing to do with the fact he was fighting at a higher weight.
So, what exactly is your point?
Two of the most pathetic posts I've ever seen.
So JMM is a bad win for Mayweather, but by aging 2 years he becomes a credible opponent for Pac?
And past prime Morales losing to Maidana is better than emptying the LW division, beating DLH at his natural weight, beating undefeated Hatton, dominating the only fighter to consistently give Pacquiao problems (Marquez), and beating Mosley who at the time was the most feared WW?
You guys need to find a new sport to follow (which you'll probably do anyway once Pacquiao loses or reties).
If that was the most pathetic post you have ever seen then you must only have frequented these boards once or twice in your life because I have seen much, much worse in nearly every thread I visit.
JMM jumped straight from 2 fights at 135 to 144 when he hadn't even settled into 135 yet. He eats tons of tacos and lifts stones to gain weight and comes in at the contracted weight of 144 looking like a bloated turtle. On top of that Floyd weighs in at 146 and then puts on his water weight overnight to put additional advantages in play over JMM.
2 years later, he has had 2 additional fights at 135 and another at 140 before meeting Pac at the contacted weight of 144. This time he looked very lean, ripped and fast.
Only a biased, closed-minded person would argue that my post was based on anything other than pure fact. And only a biased, closed-minded fanboy would argue that if JMM showed up looking like he did in the Pac fight against Floyd, that he wouldn't have had a better chance at looking better against Mayweather than he did the first time.
Furthermore, I'm pulling for Bradley to beat Pac and for Cotto to beat Floyd so this sport can re-center itself again. I'm quite happy following boxing as I have for years so maybe you need to find another hobby instead of telling others how or what they should do in their free time. :fing02:
BULLSH!T! Pacquaio is a WW! His weight at the weigh in was 145. On fight night he came in at 152 pounds.
Stop trying to make excuses for Pacs punk cherry picking a$$! Pactards make me sick with thier stupid double standards.

See you flomos prove people's point. Tou aren't a boxing fan. Just another Flomo who comes here to ride on Floyd. Your comment and your history is enough to prove it.
The only hype Jobs on here are you damn flomos. That is the real hype job.
He took his time to gain the weight in fighting Pac the 3rd time. He looked much healthier at 144 the second time around.....he didn't need to resort to drinking his own urine to have some sort of edge.
Do you think that was the first time he drank his own Urine in a training camp?
he settled in at ww??he hasnt fought there since he fought floyd...do explain
He took his time to gain the weight in fighting Pac the 3rd time. He looked much healthier at 144 the second time around.....he didn't need to resort to drinking his own urine to have some sort of edge.
And you know why it happened Walt , because he last fought heavy and then took a couple of years off and he had filled a little , he did not account for it , I would bet my life he had all intentions of coming at the weight , he said he was 145 the night before , thats tells me a lot .
You see , fighters dont test if they can make a weight , most know there body pretty good and they make a calculated gut feeling guess if they can make a weight , if its touchy in their mind it takes a lot of dollars to make them accept , Floyd is human and he made a mistake with his weight Ive seen it happen many times with fighters where they really struggle to make a weight they made easy 6ths earlier , ODH was the worst mistake made in such high profile professionals , its like an indy car running out of fuel 1/2 way , somebody in the team made a huge boo boo on a professional level .
The body is dynamic its always changing , the haters try and make out like it was a big deal but the reality is Floyd would do that to JMM at any weight and any time , he is a class above , Floyd is a freak of nature more than a guy thats taught the art , a taught great boxer will never touch a natural gifted one ,
, you cant teach the Floyds you just bring them out .
Exactly my point. Floyd bit ched out. That was the whole point of him coming off weight. Cuz his opponent was coming up 10 lbs and he needed to cut.
But he didnt try. He may or may not have done the same. What if the extra weight did affect him? You dont know, you're speculating. Get it? What was supposed to be a fair weight didnt happen. Jlc whooped the shi t out of diego when he got 2 or 3 extra pounds. You make excuses for floyd and speculate when a real man would say its a bit ch move. Stop nuthuggin.
And please dont tell me you believe stuff boxers say when they miss weight.
Its clearly a tainted victory. Imagine the uproar if pac came into the fight woth cotto at 147, cotto at 145, and they still fought.
You cant have it both ways. Cotto came into the pac fight off 1 lb from his previous fight. Your saying floyd couldnt make 144 from 152 from oscar.
The JMM win was a joke for Floyd...come on now. JMM had settled in at WW when Pac fought him the third time, he was bloated and slow in the Floyd fight............he was trying so hard to make weight, he started drinking his own piss.
Floyd isnt doing anything special. BH beating Pavlik and Tarver as an old man is better than anything Floyd has done. Morales taking Maidana too the wire at 37 at such a high weight for him is better than anything Floyd has done.

Floyd would get more credit for the jmm fight if he came in at the right goddam weight.
That was about the dumbest thing he's ever done. It was a decent to good win. You dont agree to cut a certain weight and then just not do it.
I find it weird that none of the floyd fans mentioned that.
I know you're gonna say that weight didnt matter, but how the fuk do you know? There's plenty of other fights that say otherwise and i know you're the same people that shi t on the pac-cotto fight cuz it was at a catchweight.
Regardless of that, the ortiz win was good, so was the shane win. Oscar was a good win too, so was hatton.
All good wins. His very good to great wins all happened at 130-135.

Thank you! When Floyd fought Marquez 2 1/2 years ago at 144, I said it was a C fight and gave him not much credit for shutting him out. But, an even older Marquez at the same weight just arguably beat Manny......Does he not deserve some credit???
Floyd should get some credit for shutting Marquez out.
There is not a fighter from 135 to 147 in the game that can do what Floyd did to JMM no one , let alone after a 2 yr lay off , the thing with Floyd is the majority of internet fans dont know what they are looking at , they are the pepsi generation of fans and they filled with negative ego BS , they carry my guy is better mentality , they dont see sh!t , they are too busy with hype to really see what he is , Floyd is an ATG I have no doubt of that .
floyd is an amazing fighter and an atg.
only an idiot would dare say otherwise.
but it's a common theme in bs for a poster upping floyd to discredit pac.
and vise versa.
and theres a ton of posters who repeat the same sh1t over and over again like a broken record.
showing maturity in this forum is like seeing a pink cat.
Sarcasm I believe. Mathed is a kool cat. He wouldn't be 1 to really believe Marquez was better last year as opposed to the younger version Floyd fought. However Floyd's Marquez fight gets no credit, but when 1 compares it to what Marquez did to Pacman, it says a ton.
Thank you! When Floyd fought Marquez 2 1/2 years ago at 144, I said it was a C fight and gave him not much credit for shutting him out. But, an even older Marquez at the same weight just arguably beat Manny......Does he not deserve some credit???

Floyd's resume is really underrated by his haters.
We have people on here claiming Nonito beating Darchinyan, H. Marquez, Martinez, Montiel, Vazquez, is a ATG resume so far. But then they turn around and act like beating G. Hernandez, Gerena, Manfredy, Corrales, C. Hernandez, Chavez, Castillo, N'dou, Judah, De La Hoya, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, and Ortiz is a C resume. It's hilarious.
With that said, the only close fight Floyd ever had was Castillo, where most people thought he won the first 4-5 rounds, as he did on the scorecards. So, even though I had Castillo winning 6 rounds to 5 with 1 even, I can see how he got the decision given how the first 5 rounds went.
Oscar was NOT a close fight, I don't care what anyone says. Those judges must have reacted far too much to Oscar getting Floyd on the ropes a couple times a round and throwing wild flurries, where most landed on his arms or shoulders, or missed completely. That should have been a wide UD for Floyd, easily. I had it 117-111 Floyd, 116-112 at the closest.
If I paid any attention to Merchant I may have felt like that. However I didn't see Marquez running. I saw him using angles & countering all night. I also saw him put forth the more dominant rounds.
If Marquez was backing up, his back would have been against the ropes all night. If Pacman was winning, I don't think Roach would have been begging for the ko. I've also never seen Kellerman so quite. he did make a point about Pacman darting all around the place & Marquez waiting until he stopped & planting an uppercut on his chin for his troubles.
It is what it is. The stream I saw had Khan seeing Marquez at the winner. Me & my sis was watching it live & Jalen Rose tweeted live that he thought Marquez pulled the upset. I saw Marquez do amazing things being utterly outgunned in speed, power & strength. To each his own though homey!!
I saw the same fight!!
Yea and ur just like me posting on NSB while Boxing Experts across the globe regard him as All-Time great. Sure brother:bottle:
But what do I know pretty soon I will be called a Pactard... Was he carefully managed? Sure. Were some opponets handpicked for him? Sure. Yea and for every god damn boxer coming up as well. :bottle:.
All die hard boxing fans know that Pac is garbage. He has been carefully managed and marketed. There is only one fighter with the P4P status currently fighting, and his name is Floyd MONEY Mayweather!
Yea and ur just like me posting on NSB while Boxing Experts across the globe regard him as All-Time great. Sure brother:bottle:
