R I N G T V.com has learned that WBO welterweight beltholder Manny Pacquiao and WBO junior welterweight titleholder Tim Bradley have agreed to terms for a clash that will take place on June 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Last week, ******.com reported that Top Rank CEO Bob Arum was to meet with Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, and Bradley's manager, Cameron Dunkin, in an effort to finalize terms for the bout.
Arum, Koncz and Dunkin convened during meetings in San Antoio, Tex., where Arum was promoting Julio Cesar Chavez Jr's HBO-televised unanimous decision in defense of his WBC belt opposite Marco Antonio Rubio, and Nonito Donaire's made his 122-pound debut with a split-decision win over Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. for the WBO's vacant junior featherweight belt at the Alamodome.
The Pacquiao-Bradley agreement was not made, however, until Monday, and it comes in the wake of WBA junior middleweight beltholder Miguel Cotto having been chosen last Wednesday by Floyd Mayweather Jr. as his May 5 opponent.
Arum also has made an offer to manager and trainer, Barry Hunter, for IBF/WBA junior welterweight titleholder Lamont Peterson to face RING lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez at the Dallas Cowboys' Stadium on July 14.
Marquez already plans to return to the ring in April for a tuneup bout, but is awaiting a decision from Peterson. Arum's plan is for the Pacquiao-Bradley winner to face the Marquez-Peterson winner in November.
Pacquiao has fought Marquez three times, battling through a draw and victories by majority decision and split-decision. Bradley handed Peterson his lone defeat in by unanimous decision in December of 2009.

Man I like this fight.
I dig both fighters and hopefully I get back all the money I lost on NE.
Tim is a helluva fighter but I'm betting big on Pac here.
This fight has been made ever since bradley signed with top Rank.
Exactly what Ive been saying. Bradley didn't go with the Khan fight cause all the closed door negotiations with TR and the promise of a big money Pac fight.
In reality besides Floyd who else would be a credible challenger for Pac?
1. Bradley doesn't have defense
2. he comes forward against southpaws without moving his head
3. Bradley has good speed and is very tough that's about it his hands are not faster than manny's
4. Bradley doesn't have the power to knock out Pacquiao
5. all bradley is gonna do is try to rough him up the first couple of rounds until he gets hit just like hatton tried to then Pac will flurry and hit him with eveything cause bradley doesn't move his head well.
6. Bradley doesn't have the boxing skills of a Marquez or Mayweather where he can fight going backwards while still counter punching his opponent
7. He's gonna come to fight that's why Arum picked the fight come to fight means just trying to bully fighting without using your brain, no defense, no setting up your punches, not knowing when to tie up and clinch, non of that he thinks his heart will win him the fight his heart is gonna get him a great ass whooping.
8. look at bradley in the casamayor fight and devon alexander fight both southpaws man you think that's gonna work against Pacquiao lol this fight is one of the biggest mismatches ever.
9. Where is his Jab, right hand, countershotsfeints footwork against south paws real skills he doesn't have it he can't let his hands go cause he's worried about Pac's power he knows he doesn't have the power to KO Pacquiao or the boxing skills
10. Pacquiao by brutal ko or stoppage on cuts about between rounds 8-11.
Best available opponent for Pac since a Floyd aint he aren't fighting.
IF Bradley can deal with Pac's right counter hook and his chin can deal with that straight left it could be a long night for Pac.
Once Bradley gets hit clean we willhave the answer how the fight is going to go
Whats this whole "Mayweather and Pacquiao are on a different level than Bradley or Canelo"? that's the biggest load of bullshit, I could understand Floyd who has consistently performed well, but Pacquiao has looked every bit vulnerable in his last recent performances, I'm not trying to hear that he's on this mythical pedestal, he's not up there with Floyd. I could understand one bad outing, but two? Lets be realistic here, haven't seen anything in Pacquiao that tells me he's suppose to walk all over Bradley, especially not the way he's looked recently.
take canelo out of that and you have a very good point.
the fuuukkk is this shiit?? the winner of pac vs bradley will face the winner of marquez vs peterson??? WTF???
Are you serious that's all you took from this article. That's just talk, negotiation ploy nothing more. Unless Floyd continues to roadblock this fight with no 50/50 than that's probably plan B.

I definitely see where you are coming from in the bold.
U dont know sh*t bout boxing. Marquez did not exposed Manny. Marquez fought better than expected due to his overly defensive gameplan. He came to survive rather than take the title.
He took no risk and threw very little. No aggressive fighter under 147 would look good against that style of Marquez.
Yes I give credit to Marquez for a solid gameplan but is it crowd pleasing? No.
B4 the fight marquez I believe was talking up how he was going to make it a war. Yeah right.
Who let you post on here??
I actually like this fight MUCH more than the mayweather-cotto fight. And this is coming from a "flomo". :lol1:
Pacquiao will definitely have my 59 dollars come June 9.
me n big smoke in agreement for a change!!!!!
my man
:luvbed:
I was one of those who thought Pac would stop Marquez, in the 10th round to be exact. So Manny did get exposed, a lot people overrated him, including me. Marquez is almost 40 and WW is not for him, he also gets hit a lot and can be knocked down easily.
Bradley-Pac on the otherhand, is a fight vs a young, strong, undefeated, top 10 P4P fighter, who I believe will win. So Pac losing to Bradley won't be Pac getting exposed, it'll be Pac losing to the better man.
In the end, Marquez was cherrypicked, and it just blew up in Pac's face. He got exposed, there's no other way to put it. If Pacquiao was all that great and vastly improved, he shoulda knocked Marquez out, or att actually beat him.

I hope Bradley pulls off the W, I just don't see it happening.
I wouldn't call Mosley a bad outing, it was more a shot fighter on survival mode.
As for the JMM, possibly Pac wasn't himself but I think everyone underrates JMMs performance.

If anything, JMM showed he can hang with the best in the ww division.
He's only had two fights at ww. Against the top 2 in the division, I think he can do pretty well in jww/ww.
As long as he's motivated I think he's up there with the best.

same experts who said Manny will blow out MArquez in the third fight.
Then after the facts instead of saying damn i was wrong let me give Marquez his props, instead said "hahha Mannys exposed, i knew he wasnt that good".
