He could be thinking a few things. Of course a Canelo fight brings the most money in but Canelo is a big dude and he would grind Mayweather down over the long haul. I know people seem to think that Mayweather would win with ease but I beg to differ. Dude has a much bigger frame and he is stopping guys that Mayweather would not be able to stop himself. Ortiz was getting to Floyd until that circus act in there and Canelo is twice his size- not hard to see what could happen there. Guerrero is a smaller fighter with Hispanic heritage and although a fight with him would bring in less money, it is still a multi-million dollar payday either way you look at it for him. Guerrero is an excellent boxer but I guess he thinks he would have an easier time beating handling him and his power or lack thereof than facing Canelo- plus, Guerrero is rehabbing from shoulder surgery so maybe he thinks he will have an advantage from that. I just hope there isn't some backdoor deal like there was with Ortiz for him to toss the fight in exchange for a big payday. I don't know but if this fight happens,I hope Guerrero upsets him.

Mayweather has realised that fixing fights ( i.e the Victor Ortiz bogus knockout) can make him a lot more money more easily. He sounded out Ortiz to get him in on the act and is now doing the same with Gurrero (Both Golden Boy fighters). And from Gurreros reactions and recent comments, it seems as if he is down for it. Why else would he even consider fighting a nobody who has done NOTHING to deserve being in a fight of this magnitude. By the way, do you guys remember Mayweather eating a Big Mac and Drinking Soda just days before the fight on 24/7? What did that tell you? that he has good taste? Big Macs are delicious
