Where are all the real fans gone??
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ALL OF YOU!! You call yourselves boxing fans but all you do is **** on 99% of the boxers out there. You all have a list about as short as your cock of boxers who can do no wrong, whilst every other boxer who's not on that list can do no right. Your like vermon scrambling from thread to thread gnawing & ****ting on everything as you go. You all hopelessly search for perfection, an idea that does not exist, and in doing so fail to see the good that's right in front of you. Khan isn't perfect, either is Maywether or Pacquiao, but at the end of the day they deliver excitement when they step into the ring & isn't that what a great fighter does... creates excitement.
You all need to take a step back, look at yourself & ponder the reasons why you watch the sport. Give credit where credit is due & criticism where criticism is due. Don't ride one fighters dick and fail to recognise his flaws & don't develop a pathetic vendetta against one fighter and fail to recognise his strengths.
I realise this is a bit off topic but reading through all the spam makes me SICK!!
While I understand that Maidana-Alexander and Berto-Ortiz II are already made for FEB, why not fight Senchenko, Brook, or Aydin.
I actually start to like Amir Khan, when he's talking about the Berto-Ortiz II winner being a major option in the summer for him, which would be a great fight. But, then he comes with Matthew Hatton as a warm up fight at 147, what the f**k??? For a guy that claims he fights the best options out there, this is WAY F**KING SHORT of the best available.
Senchenko for the WBA title, Kell Brook, or the Selcuk Aydin are far better options for his first test at 147 in March or April. Sounds like Amir is going to take the easy road to the Floyd Mayweather fight in late 2012, which is sad. Fighting Senchenko for the WBA title and than the Berto-Ortiz II winner would make a fight with Floyd that much bigger, dumb move by Amir.
I'd rather watch gay **** than this **** - Anyway I call BS this one ain't gonna happen. Presuming he comes through tonight unscathed kahn should fight either bradley or Money himself next.
this fight will be a repeat of brook,
-jackiewicz if it happens in the UK. domestic stoppage for khan.
you have to realize that hatton is an ex. ebu and ibf international titlist, and has little challenge to offer to a boxer such as khan. i would not like to see that fight but it might happen. i just wonder if SKY is going to televise. could be problematic.
This is such non news that once again BS glorifies.
All that was asked was if Mathew Hatton would like to fight Amir Khan, to which his promotion company said yes!
****, I would like to fight Khan myself!
I'd like to see the crippled trash talker guerrero put his money where his mouth is and fight Khan in the uk at 147!!!! Till then don't put floyds name in your mouth with that patheitic resume.
If it does happen, it's not really that bad of a fight. Khan is moving up in weight for this fight to fight a guy who has fought for years in 147lbs division, and a guy who a lot of British fight fans know. So it's a decent stay-busy/147lbs debut fight for Khan.
What most people seem to be missing here is that this fight would take place in the UK. Apart from Brook and Hatton whom already reside there, who from the top guys will be willing to come to the UK to fight Khan?
None of them.
Aslong as he fights a credible opponent after this, it's LL COOL J.A Khan fight means big money, meaning that many, many fighters better than Hatton would be willing to fight Khan in the UK. This is simply an easy money fight for Khan, in the same way the Audley fight was for Haye.
Khan must love hearing the MEN boo him if he's concidering this fight.
Brook is 10* the better fight, if Hearn is smart he'll put Brook in with Mathew Hatton after he has his US debut and take this option away from Khan
not happy with this fight but it would be fun to watch hatton get smashed up,saying that he did do well against a bigger canelo
if it did get signed up id like to see brook and hearn crying about it,that would be a classic
Nothing from the quotes in the article to suggest it is being considered by Team Khan or that there is a decent chance of it happening. It is basically Team Hatton saying "yes we would love that fight."
He should fight Berto, Ortiz, or Senchenko (if he wants to be cautious in testing the waters at 147).
