Cotto: ticket says 7pm, what time first fight, PPV says 9, what time first fight

This might be a stupid question but the ticket says 7pm on it... does this mean doors open at 7pm or that the first untelevised fight starts at 7pm? Same type of question - the PPV starts at 9pm does that mean that the first televised undercard starts at 9:00pm or 15/30 minutes later? Thank you.
