Just like I predicted long ago. The boy is learning fast. He has grown in the skills department. He seems to be more relaxed, and composed, not as wild and reckless like before. Something that experince and a good coach is needed to achieve. Wilder has something no other present heavyweight has, A combonation of speed, power, reach, height, strenght foot work, balance and skills. The only questions that remain are heart and chin. Those two could very well end his career before it even begins, but he is a very good prospect. If he continues on this track, and gains a few pounds as he closes in on 30 years of age he can be the future of the division. I predicted that by the end of 2014 Wilder will have unified all the belts and become America's next Undefeated Undispruted Heavyweight World champion!
So another one of my prediction began to materialize. DEONTAY WILDER HAS BEEN PROGRESSING So much,
THAT HE HAS BECOME THE LEAD SPARRING PARTNER FOR THE KILSCHOS.2013 will be wilders break out year. Now hes calling out undefeated jennings. Jennings is already the best American heavyweight, by many other opinions. I Have always said WIlder was the future of heavyweights. Now hes whipping up on the kiltscho brothers, lol. If he were not they would have no use for him. When in sparring for a fight, you only keep those that test you skill and will. THEY HAVE MADE WILDER THE LEAD SPARRING PARTNER, THAT SAYS IT ALL.
He will likely just reach title contender status at the time the Klitschko's retire to take on Povetkin, Helenius, Fury or whoever will have a belt by that time.
There's nothing to be positive about until he fights a live body. There's plenty of gatekeepers wanting a payday out there. He doesn't have to suddenly go for a klitschko or anything.
I think most Americans will tell you that they he deserves more time because he started boxing at 20. His bronze medal doesn't matter, his promotional contract doesn't matter, all that matters is the development of his career. His career doesn't get developed by taking a harder fight against a guy he isn't ready for and getting KO'd. He needs to learn. He will be given time. Americans don't expect anything out of him anyway, so if he gives us something, that's just extra.

Wlad would never have been knocked down by this guy, look at 45 seconds:
Seth Mitchell is better than Wilder, that's why he's fighting better opposition.
 got knocked on his ass by a fat redneck.
What'd they pull this guy out of the local bar and offered a $100 to fight? WTF? This guy is fukking bad. He's so fukking bad he makes Tyson early opponents look like hall-of-famers. This is embarrassing and Wilder's team should be ashamed of themselves for matching their fighter up against someone like this..
Ugh. I just don't get why they would match him against such cans.
Calm down now. Wilder's fought no one. He's a good prospect, but I can't see him exploding like you predict.
Bro, he won a bronze medal at the Olympics. He shouldn't be fighting someone like that guy in the picture I posted.

He's young and relatively inexperienced, I have no problem with him fighting cans at this stage, but he should be getting some rounds in with them instead of blowing them out. Unless they're just trying to hype him up for an early title shot, except that nobody is buying it.
Wouldn't mind seeing him fight Foreman's son Monk, who's 14 (13) - 0 at this stage, also against cans.
By the time Wilder hits his peak Wlad loses to him because he will be way passed his best years. Oh well it will solidfy an American HW superstar.
It depends if they fight in the next 3-4 years Wladimir wins, Wilder has potential he didn't have the Amateur experience other fighters had he will improve but still Wladimir is very talented and also has the experience too Wladimir might still be great at the age of 40 but yeh we gotta see
