He knew what he was doing hence he had all this pre planned before Pacquaio even faced marquez. he annouced may 5th date before the pac jmm 3 and he was calling out pacquaio for that date via al haymon before the Pac vs Jmm 3. So we cant say its only cause Pacquaio looked like crap against JMM. If mayweather did all this after the Jmm3 fight then yes but since he didnt then NO
