How can anyone be rooting for Margarito?

If shane mosley could get away with him roiding up then why can people just find it in there hearts to forgive margarito? I think cotto is a great fighter but honestly I think that margarito has the heart of a lion and if we had fighter with half of margaritos heart I truelly think boxing would be a much better sport . Went margarito fought pacquiao he took his beating like a man and that night I became a fan of margarito .... Next week I just hope that the better fighter wins.....that said may the best man win and I just wanna see a great fight next week......one thing I wanna point out is cotto has a limite and margarito just keeps going cotto made it clear in the face off... margarito is will to die in the ring risk his life inside the ring how can anybody not love him for that?

Can someone please verify that in Atlantic City (whatever state that is) the commision supplies you with there own wraps?May i add that Gabe Montoya a boxing writer said he seen and felt the wraps and said they were not as hard as had been made and was more like a credit card shape then a block out still wrong

Margarito and his team did what some would call "hiding something in plain sight." The idea being... WHO is going to even think anything if he is prancing around the ring with his plaster wraps as if with nothing to hide. People that are soulless, have no compassion, and no respect for boxing, support Margarito. Those are the only ones I can think of. if your brother killed a innocent man and face the death penalty and the judge placed his freedom in your hands....meaning your testimony would determine if your brother(your mother and father's son) lived in freedom or get sent away to die.....what would you do?....since your soul is pure, I think you'd want your family member to be spared....but on the flipside you'd be showing no respect for human life by allowing a killer to go unpunished......dudes who support Marg are NOT bad ppl...you can't take it there my dude

I feel there is another injustice going on within this story. It just doesn't add up to me. That and seeing all the Cotto stans constantly talk crap saying Tony wouldn't beat Cotto without the plaster irritated the hell out of me. I'm on the Wargarito war wagon.

Using plaster is not cool. How can you morally justify supporting Margarito against Cotto? Even if he didn't know he had plaster in his hands, as a normal human being you can't help but feel Cotto deserves revenge. Explain yourselves Margaritards. I was upset with the fight with Mosley and have been suspicious ever since, however, the man is willing to die in the ring with a ****ed up eye. You may hate him, doubt him, but you got to respect him.

well actually he is quite an entertaining fighter, all-action, which arguably, most fans wants to see in a fight. and there would still be people who would still give him the benefit of the doubt and prove once and for all he can redo what he did with Cotto, of course less the plaster. their coming fight would perhaps answer the lingering question of whether he did really cheated last time, if he win convincingly and devastatingly again, more people would again root for him onwards, i think. personally, i would be one of those people, keyword is REDEMPTION which at least in one point in our lives, in some ways, we did also wished for:boxing:

forgiveness comes with love....Marg's base loves him and they've forgiven him...thats part of life.....rooting for Marg is nothing to be ashamed of....with that said...WAR COTTO :boxing:

I cant help but feel sorry for the Puerto Ricans but I get where they comming from. Mexicans have been owning their ass for a while now and a scandal pop up where they can point and blame and pin point why their last hope (cotto) quit. You can make an accusation with NO evidence but to get a conviction, you need suffucuent evidence which will stand up in court. It was taken up by the FBI, because if there actually had been Plaster-of Paris, it would have been a federal offence. But they found only TRACES, (meaning microscopic) of 2 extremely common ingredients used in thousands of products all over the world including cosmetics, which were in no quantity at all, and still needed another ingredient which was absent, to make Plaster-of Paris. And of course they would have needed QUANTITY, and all they had were microscopic TRACES, So they found no case and just dropped it.
