I was coming in to write this, but i'm not surprised that you beat me to it lol If Maidana hadn't got up, it would have been on par, but he did, so it's not lol It's not that it was with the right hand. It's that he hit Virgil on the left side of the body. No liver involved, or solar plexus, and it's one of the most brutal bodyshots ever.

Ward's left to the head and then the body is classic.. RJJ's body shot KO was picture perfect though, seriously it was painful just watching it.

Mickey Ward had a come from behind win with a body shot against Alfonso Sanchez. He alos hurt Gatti bad with that punch in the first fight. Trinidad and JCC Sr have a string of KO victories with body punches

That Hopkins one on DLH was incredible. The way it left DLH on the floor for so long LOL. Hatton's body shot was pretty awesome too.
