After JMM-Pac 3 he said he and Pac were disappointed in Pac's performance and that they want a 4th fight against JMM.
Alex said the outcome would be different if they do it "his way."
What does "his way" mean? He's not a boxing trainer.:dunno:
This.
There was an article posted on here the other day that talked about how Manny doesn't like following Ariza's training regimen...he wants Manny to do things like shuttles and cones to work on lateral movement, but Manny didn't like doing them.
Yeah, his drills. Two days before the fight, they had a fight. Pacquiao had an ego trip.
Now, Pacquiao knows to do the drills.
Clearly he was referring to a twice daily cocktail mix of A-Side Meth and crushed honey nut cheerios coupled with doing the Macarena in place of running. This is the Alex Ariza way.
It's obvious he's talking about the roids. Look at Mannys body compared to his other fights. In the other fights he was ripped as hell and his back was even ripped. In his fight with Marquez he was very thin and I didnt see too much ripped muscle. And his punches didnt have no where near the same power or snap they did in other fights. I think he cycled off of the roids because he was facing Marquez and figured he wouldnt need them to beat marquez because he knows May 5th he was gonna fight Mayweather and had to take the random drug tests. Look at it like this. He put Mosely down with 1 shot and couldnt put Marquez down at all or even buzz him and Marquez is not exactly a defensive genius. Mosely has a great chin at welterweight and fought way bigger punchers but he was put down by 1 PUNCH by Manny and then feared the power so much he was in survival mode the rest of the fight? Yet Manny couldnt even buzz Marquez who moved up in weight? THINK ABOUT IT.
^^^This is how i look at it...

Clearly, he means Pacquiao should train in communal stables alongside sumo wrestlers (in japan), where Ariza and Grand Master Kick Ass, direct all of Pacquiao's daily activities including meals and karaoke...wasn't that obvious?
He meant PEDS.
Na, that dude just loves all the attention he gets. He's not a boxing trainer, and if he ain't helping PAC get better conditioned then what is he getting paid for??
you know those videos of Manny taking long runs in the morning?
Not Ariza's idea at all
he does not believe in long distance running but rather short bursts of sprints to work on fast twitch muscles
same with Conte's trainer Remy Cortemi
