whats strange about all of this is that i dont ever remember any other fighter being constrained like this. neither floyd nor oscar ever ceded control to bob arum like that. those guys pretty much lined up who they wanted or at least tried to. It's the illusion of constraint, so it isn't Manny's fault when it doesn't happen, even though it is his decision!!!! You've seen the Pacturds on here......they are already laying the blame at Arum's feet

I agree with you and hope Pacquiao can come up with a way to demand this fight and get Arum to move on it. I have no idea how loyal Manny is to Arum - that is the key. If he is loyal to the old man, he probably won't push too hard for it. He can demand that they buy out the remaining portion of his contract or he can just just up and leave top rank but immediately be sued by Arum and lose some of his fighting years dealing with lawsuits. Or the easiest method of all, put arum on blast from Mannys own mouth. Say he wishes a fight with floyd but top rank is preventing it. Fight made.

People dislike for Arum makes it easy to throw Arum under the bus and just blame him for everything. And, he doesn't care he takes the blame and keeps it movin'. Once Arum is out of the picture there will be no one to fallback on. Then what's going to happen? Who's going to take blame for stuff not getting done? Pacquiao's star eclipses Bob Arum. He doesn't need Bob Arum anymore, especially if there's only 3 or 4 fights left for him. He is Manny Pacquiao. And if he doesn't fight Floyd next- now that Floyd is finally the one calling for it off the heels of the Marquez fight- then it's Manny's fault. Not Bob's. Bob Arum sucks. At this point, anyone talking about Floyd is a coward and a duck needs to be banned on the spot. This is just starting tto get annoying. Yep if you research thoroughly the man never ducked anybody , but the hate said he ducked everyone , even when he beats them in cruise control the hate will not recognize it , hate has dogged Floyd and made Manny a legend ,,,until now as the real truth has come out , Manny is the Ducker , Manny is the fake and Manny is the hype job , thats karma and karma says the truth will always prevail in the end .

Alex, Manny, and Roach want to cash out of course. But Arum wan'ts to collect a few more mills before he cashes out. Also Arum now knows that the negotiation tables have turned and now Mayweather appearing an overwhelming favorite after JMM-Pac fight he can not get the same purse he had planned. Instead he needs to make Manny look like a monster again then he can come back and negotiate at least on even terms. Without a made to order opponent with a CW and other handicaps against them Manny cannot ever look like a monster again , no way will he fight a legit prime WW at 147 no conditions , he is a ducking WW fraud and the boxing world is finally on to him and his trail of hype and set up matches .
