hotel reservations are easy to cancel and refund. But if youre flying anyway why dont you just change your flight to where its gonna be now?

It could be a landmark case if enough of you all got together. I know that Top Rank can say they are not responsible for peoples' extreme travel arrangements, but then again, their ineptitude and un-professionalism has caused the cancellation. It's not the commission's fault. Even if they screwed around with a decision. As far as I'm aware, they never gave a verdict to Top Rank, approving the bout, so they are not liable. If it were an 'Act of God', like a hurricane that cancelled the event, then I could understand no refunds etc. I don't know. Not a lawyer. Just thinking about what is fair. But this world doesn't operate on fairness.
