Not after Arum offers the extra 5 mil I don't think there's an extra 5 mil to be given here. Maybe he can scrape off Marg's purse. From what I understand, Miguel is making about 5 mil while Tony is making 2.5 mil. Make it 6 mil to 1.5 mil and I'm sure Miguel will fight in North Dakota.

I think a huge reason why Cotto is down for this fight is because it was planned to be at MSG. If the venue gets changed to a location that doesn't have much PR support, do you think Cotto will withdraw from the fight? Not after Arum offers the extra 5 mil

Ill love of the fight to be in Texas, but I dont think that Cotto will like that since Marg will have all the support from the Mex in the area. Too bad, I would pay $$$ to see Cotto beat Marg!

I feel like NY and NJ operate closely together in everything so I'm not sure he could get a license in NJ either. But if he does......Tiestos playing Friday December 2nd in AC so I'll just make a SICK weekend out of it. Cotto will NOT go to Texas, I guarantee he pulls out before that happens. If he wants his rican fans there, he'll probably fight in Atlantic City instead. But can Margarito get a license in Jersey? I hope not. Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City holds 17,000 for concerts, which is about 5,000 less than MSG (I think). They could cut off sales at 17,000 and still do it in Atlantic City but I think the most likely place to put it would be the IZOD Centre in Jersey as it's a lot closer to NYC so it would be feasible for people who have already bought tickets to still attend the fight. You can't really move this event more than a 1/2 hour drive away only 2 weeks from the fight date. They would have to give out way too many refunds and attendance would be bad.

Yea I think he could. He aint going to Texas or Vegas. I can't see Arum doing it in AC cause I don't think it can hold enough people. It wouldn't shock me at all.

Please with the money involved and the fact Cotto is no floyd lol he will not. He will simply fight whereever is available. They have a lot of places.... And PLUS the fight will happen in NYC and as scheduled. I bet floyds life on it..
