Margarito and Cotto fought in Vegas. Under NSAC rules it would be almost impossible to use any sort of illegal hand wraps. A representative of the commission keeps the wraps in a sealed plastic bag, and does not turn them over to the fighters team until it is time to wrap. After that the representative stands their and observes the process.

Cotto fired Emmanuel Steward cause he was too expensive, this will most likely cost him as he wont get any qualified training nor top notch advice in between the Rd's. It's more expensive to be greedy sometimes :D

I condemned Margarito for that scandal, I only have him in my sig for shock value, but what's going to happen when he chews up Cotto's soul again? Look at how Pacquiao tore up Cotto's face, I'm surprised no one has pointed out the fact that Cotto cuts easily and looks like spaghetti after 6 rounds of no head movement.

I am going to be honest, the place where you do see the tape split it looks like a crack, we know its not a brick of any sort, if you look closely at how a fighters hands are wrapped in the dressing room, you will notice that usually there are three strips of long tape that they put in between the fingers. To me that picture looks like the strip in which the stip of tape that would normally go in between the middle finger and the ring finger either busted off during the fight or was never put there if you dig that picture out you will also notice the Gauze pattern clearly visible in between the middle and ring fingers in which the gauze pattern is not visible in between the rest of the fingers. No matter what this picture will always be suspect but I do believe that, that is exactly what it is..... its just tape

You know, that's exactly what I had in my mind when Margarito said he didn't feel any wraps prior to the Mosley fight. It was as if Max took the words right out of my mouth. How did he know if he didn't have any on that night Cotto took a knee. I thought Cotto composed himself really well and I hope to see Margarito retire forever when Cotto forces a stoppage due to damage to that eye.
