It's raining here like storm and I better not miss the weigh in. Let alone the fight I paid them. I'm getting desperate now. It says searching for signal Directv sucks their signal sucks and they promised me their signal could hold thru storms fukin liars sons of whores. .
Can I sue them tomorrow if the fight doesnt show because they lied to me??. I never had a problem with them but its raining and apparently it might rain tomorrow... oh my i fokin swear.
What are my options here?
Why would you sue for something so frivolous anyway, don't be ridiculous. But I'm sure you can get some kinda refund or hbo for free for a month or something. I ordered Mayweather Ortiz and it never worked and they charged me twice and I got HBO free for a month cause I asked for it(even though I already have it.) Abd they took the charges off. In hindsight I'm glad it didn't work now anyway.
I dont read contracts who reads contracts. They are boring as fock.
Whatever. The signal is better now.
@Sir: Is cable really stable?? I'm thinking about changing but I still have a conract with Directv  Can i just ditch them and switch?? Deny my credit card to be charged or something.?
No. It doesn't work like that. If you're in a 2 year agreement with DirecTV like I'am, there is no way of opting out without paying a substantial fee. In this case I believe they'll charge you $20 a month for however many months you have left over from your agreement. So if you have 14 months left on your current agreement, you'll owe them $280.
It's simple.
You call them and tell them it was storming, the fight didnt come in clear... they issue you a refund.
You dont need to sue them, and even if you did sue them you have to claim damages... which would end up being the cost of the fight MINUS lawyer fees.
Do the math.
why am i different, momma?

I think the only option here is that you need to stop being such a fan boy and grow a pair.

Doubtful. Read your contract.
