Can I SUE direcTV if fight doesn't show because weak signa!???

Why would you sue for something so frivolous anyway, don't be ridiculous. But I'm sure you can get some kinda refund or hbo for free for a month or something. I ordered Mayweather Ortiz and it never worked and they charged me twice and I got HBO free for a month cause I asked for it(even though I already have it.) Abd they took the charges off. In hindsight I'm glad it didn't work now anyway.

Record yourself asking for a refund on the fight and post it on youtube...and then spam it in every thread about the fight LOL that's a good one

YOu can stream and report to directv/hbo about the stream. Or simply just get a refund.

If you're in a 2 year agreement with DirecTV like I'am, there is no way of opting out without paying a substantial fee. In this case I believe they'll charge you $20 a month for however many months you have left over from your agreement. So if you have 14 months left on your current agreement, you'll owe them $280.

You will spend more money suing them than what the fight is worth. They don't cover what mother nature does to the signal

It's simple. You call them and tell them it was storming, the fight didnt come in clear... they issue you a refund. You dont need to sue them, and even if you did sue them you have to claim damages... which would end up being the cost of the fight MINUS lawyer fees. I seriously doubt it. It was probably it that 3 point font writing in the contract that you signed that they wouldn't be liable for crappy signal.
